Ladies please don't buy from CICI wigs they are a SCAM aka Luna wigs. They are ripping Black women off just as they did with their previous sight. I ordered from Luna wigs and the crap they sent me was just a ball of yarn on a makeshift wig cap. Thank God I was able to get my money back.

Definitely a scam. Ordered 2 wigs and what came looks like costume hair for a kid on Halloween that you can buy at Walmart for 5.00. Stay away!!!!

Just recieved my order today after waiting about 2 weeks...these wigs are awful. I have never been so disappointed. There's got to be a way to shut this company down. I ordered 3 wigs and all three are cheap looking, not human hair, no lace front and one was not what I ordered..I've sent a letter requesting my money back but no response. Please please tell everyone to stay away from Cici Wigs..It's a huge scam!!!

Buyers please beware! Every reviewer here is telling the truth! This shop is a total fraud and is stealing it's "WIG" images from professional salon & Instagram pages. If your order is incorrect (and it will be) these thieves will only offer you 5% of your money back or ask you to send them back to china, which will cost you more than the products you purchased. Sadly Paypal will side with them and ask for you to return the items out of pocket. Outrageous! They sent the following mail to me upon my receipt of wigs that were totally wrong! Dear Customer, Thanks for your response. There is a little difference between ads and the real product.We don’t have the totally same product. We feel regret that our product didn’t meet your expectation. We will try our best to do better. And we offer two solutions for your choice. 1.We are wondering if it is acceptable we offer you a partial refund (5% refund-Item only) and you still keep the item you received? 2. You can return the product to us and we will give you a full refund. If you accept, we will provide a return address. Please note that you will be charged shipping. (The return address must be returned according to the address given by us, otherwise no refund will be given). We are looking forward to your reply and hope to solve this earlier. Best regards. Please Stay away from these liars!!

Ha this is very true what these ladies are saying I ordered a supposed to be 360 lace wig an it took a week to get the wig and it’s not even what the description was online this company is bad business and a Scam I advise anybody please do not order anything from this at all they need to be Shut Down.

Well I wish I had known and looked this up as well took to long to receive and I ordered 3 wigs and did not get what I ordered as well this site needs to be shut down I will be contacting my bank as well .
