This company is horrible with communication and the wigs are put together horribly. Looks like a 2 year older put them together. I’m currently disputing the charges on my debit card I’ve reached out to this company numerous times through multiple different emails they have. Why do you have multiple emails for customer support? Don’t waste your time or money. The wigs they sent were not what I ordered. I believe it’s a scam company.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! DONT BUY FROM CICIWIGS!! I struggle with hair pulling, and I wanted a human hair wig to gain some confidence. I ordered a 360 lace wig with real human hair. It took forever to get, and when I tried to email them for tracking, they have three different email addresses and I had to contact every one of those and still didn't get a reply for 3 days. The wig I got was not a lace wig, not was it the same style, color, or human hair. I spent forty bucks on a wig I could have gotten at the Halloween store for ten bucks. When I contacted them and told them I had received the wrong item this was their response. ACTUAL EMAIL. Dear Customer, Thanks for your response. Since I already paid an extra ten bucks for shipping I refuse to pay it again because I was tricked into buying something I didn't want, I am receiving a "refund" of a whole $2. What a joke. I'll be talking to a lawyer and hopefully getting them shut down for false advertisement.

I purchased 2 wigs from cici wigs a week ago for Thanksgiving and still haven't received my hair. I figured after I did it, it was a scam I'm so hurt right now already struggling with my kids Christmas smh ! I just want my money back.

This site is a fake I did not get the wigs that I ordered and the wigs that I did get are not human hair. I should have known that you just can't trust folks to do right. BUT you know what they say about Karma, I hope all the folks at CiCi wigs get what is coming to each and every one of them. Bad business.

This company is definitely a scam. Before I placed my order, I was looking for reviews on google and couldn’t find any. I went to their websites and saw all the “reviews under purchases and I order. Received my wigs today and it looks like something a 2 year old put together with fake doll hair. It looks nothing like the pictures and the reviews they’ve on their sites all FAKE. I wasted my money for trash hair. Exposed these scam artists and thieves. Misleading information, let’s come together and do a lawsuit against them. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this to anyone else.

I will be disputing the money with my credit union because I didn't even give them permission to use my credit card and I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau I will also be calling the local news and notifying every Federal and legal with Insurance Agency I can shut this agency down. I spent 51 plus dollars and I knew it was too good to be true. Today when the three wigs came they were in a really small bag I said to myself those wigs could not have fit in that little bag. When I open them up they look like they were made on the side of a road in China and they used old wigs from the trash can to mend them together. I was so excited thinking I was getting my wigs today the only find out these wigs are fake and poorly made now I have to go give them to the homeless people.

Luna wigs online and aka cici wigs have the same pictures. I ordered from luns took over 2 weeks for me to get my order. I spent 30.00 on one wig. I almost purchased 3 but decided since it was a company i never tried that i would only order 1 to start. I received a matted looking cut up clown wig that looked like a homeless clown wig. Ladies start looking at live reviews stick with companies you know. Its worth the extra money order from a legit company like right now a lot of legit companies have black friday deals.
