I'm actually livid Right now. I really should have checked reviews online other than their website. Purchased two wigs a week ago only to be shipped plastic Halloween wigs. I need my money back. Had anyone been successful with reaching them back or getting a refund??? All attempts to reach them have proved futile. Went back to their site to realize all the profiles of their reviewers are all animated images. I think we should come together to demand accountability. We can't allow them keep on scamming people

I am so upset. I received my wigs yesterday, I purchased four and received two for free. These wigs are not the ones I ordered. I sent an email asking for a full refund. If I have not receive an immediate response, I will file consumer complaints with every agency known to man. I feel I have been scammed. I am also contacting my credit card company.

I order some hair the 17 because I was hoping it was going to be here for my birthday which was the 24 . I emailed them contacting them asking question I didn’t hear anything from them. I called the number on the website and it was invalid so that’s when I file a clam with my bank and now this morning all of a sudden I have a tracking number about my order. I still will never buy from this website again I wish I did read the reviews on google instead of their website. Scam alert and I’m very disappointed I had to get ripped off my money a couple days before my birthday .

Horrible. Don't buy. A scam website. Nothing is the same as the pictures. All of the reviews and pictures are stolen. The hair isn't human hair either. None of the wigs have lace.

First of i will like to express my displeasure about this hair.This is 100 % synthetic hair,I am so dissapointed and i will make sure i spread the news. I will also need a full refund of my money.This is no where close to whatbyou advertised on your website I will consider this scam because you are deceiving people to buy things that re not really what you tell them it is.,You are also stealing peoples pictures to advertise yon your website.. I had already told about 4 customers about you only to receive my package today.And to my shock i saw nothing but syntheric hair.
