Same thing as everyone else is saying. Not only misleading but just a straight up scam. You'll wait weeks to a month for a cheap plastic wig that looks nothing like the pictures.

I'd give a 0 if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM CICI WIGS!! They send wrong wigs and once they have your money you never get it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered 3 ombre wigs, they sent 3 blonde and said the pics online may vary in differences. They are a SCAM - do not buy from them!

SCAM ALERT!!! People please don't buy these cheap, raggedy no lace detected anywhere wigs. This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They only replied to me via PayPal dispute and stated they don't even have the wig I ordered. They offered a full refund only if I send the wig back and pay the exorbitant shipping fee. It's in China! Please keep your money. They have NO human hair! They have NO lace fronts nor 360 lace. They have costume wigs glued together and a raggedy part that looks horrible and 100 percent plastic hair. CiCi wigs is a fraudulent company!

If I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD!! Worst Con Artist Company Ever! Tried to Cancel after 5 days of Asking when will my package be shipped out? No response what so Ever!!! Stay Away!! Do not Order from them. They finally sent me 2 wigs even though I ordered 4. And the 2 wigs that they sent...my 7 yr old son could have glued them together!! False Advertising and these are NOT Lace front at all! They look like $10 wigs! Stay Far Away from this Fraudulent Company!

I purchased a wig 2 days ago. I have not yet received it, and by the look of these reviews I'm not even looking forward to receiving it anymore. Most companies would email you a tracking number or at the least keep you updated on the status of your order, but I haven't heard anything from them. I have tried contacting them numerous times through email and phone call about my order, but I never get a response. I saw all of these positive reviews and pictures on the website and thought that I was going to get a flawless wig, but I guess I was wrong. After seeing all of these bad reviews on here I asked for them to cancel my order (which I'm sure I still won't get a response for) and a full refund. I have also filed a dispute claim for the charge. They are scammers. Never Again!

I ordered 2 wigs from CiCiwigs. What I received was not even close to what was pictured on the website. It was not a 360 lace wig and not human hair. It was the stuff you would buy for Halloween. I put in a request for a return and refund and did not hear from them. Luck have it, I had used PayPal to make the purchase. Got my money back from through PayPal since they failed to respond within the allotted time. This created a charge back for CiCiWigs and "bam" they emailed me and wanted to know the problem. I will never order from them again, I feel they misrepresented their products and have terrible customer service. They just want you money.

You wasted my hard earned cash. I need my money back. You sent me plastic cheap wigs. This is false advertisement. You lied to all of us by painting fake reviews and pics. The items you sell are pure junk. You need to pay us all back or send the real items.
