This garbage a** $0.99 Cent store doll hair wigs.yall aught to be ashamed of your self for this nonsense and not responding to people emails. I am going to send all this info to my bank and dispute my charge through them. Ladies i suggest all of you to do the same. Maybe they will respond when those refunds come back

This is a complete scam and a rip-off, not only do they take a long time to get your product delivered they give you a completely different wig that looks like what you could get from a dollar store. lease do not waste your money on this store.

Very below-standard quality. False advertisements that don't accurately describe their products. Overpriced wigs that are Halloween wig hair quality. Read reviews before buying this mess. You'll look like a 🤡 clown wearing this in public unless for Halloween. Any good reviews for this product are from the company or they're paying people to lie on their behalf.

I received my two wigs this passed Saturday and I was shocked. I was given the wrong wigs. They were not human hair they look more like plastic. They were not lace front and they were not even the right colors that I order. I have sent an email asking for a full refund and have not heard from them. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. Cici wigs is an scam website. Cici wigs mislead the costumers offering excellent prices, free shipping in order of $39.00 usd, buy 2 get the third one free plus free shipping to return it in case you are not happy with the wig. Cici wigs website says that the lace wigs are 100% Remy human hair. Too good to be true and I fell for it. You could find better quality wigs at Party City Store than at cici wigs. I can't even described the poor quality, colour, construed etc of the wigs I received. I emailed cici wigs to send the plastic wigs back, in order to get my money back; they are not respond yet.. I have plenty of pictures to prove it! Wish me luck. I want my money back.

I wish I could give zero stars. Just like everyone else, I received three wigs that were plastic and of party city quality. Nothing like the pictures advertised and plastic all over including the cap. Not a lace in site! I attempted to leave a real review on the website but it was not added, all of the reviews on that website are stolen from other companies. Smh you get what you pay for, Just awful how they are doing people! I’m going to check with my bank to see what can be done!

I ordered 3 wigs. BIG mistake! They are literally the same wigs purchased for Halloween. Totally plastic 🤬 Not only did the wigs take 21 days to receive. The wigs were not as described. I'm so glad I ordered via PayPal. I plan to open a dispute for a refund. I cant believe this company is still up and running!

Do from this company the wig units that they advertise are not what you receive. The reviews on there or false reviews and they will never allow you to post your real review opinion on the site. The hair is plastic it is not human it is not lace it is nothing that they advertised this company needs to be shut down because they are completely falsely advertising their items. The wig that they sell looks like wigs that your great-great-grandparents bought back in the 1950s and 70s they're awful.
