These are not lace fronts and the packaging is a ziplock bag. These are full wigs with horrendous parts from China.

horrible horrible horrible website it is a scam I repeat do not buy from there just received my package I got three wigs and I only bought two they were not only two different wigs that I bought but they looked like three party City wigs and the scalp was horrible not a 360 at all.

All I can say is DON'T DO IT!!!! Talking about being a fraud. OMG!!!! I ordered 2 wigs. One 1b/30 wet and wavy and another 1b/24/30 super curly. Well what I received was an all blonde wig and a auburn shiny silky mess. Too bad halloween past because both would definitely fit for the occasion. I immediately reached out to the email address. I explained that these wigs look NOTHING like the picture. Response: "They are not going to look like the picture". What??? I asked for a refund. They gave 2 options: 1st option= "We will give you a 10% refund and you can keep the wigs. 2nd option= "You must submit both wigs (back to China), pay the shipping charge, and email the owner the tracking #. Once they receive the wigs a FULL refund will be given. Better to shop on Aliexpress, Divatress, Ebony online. I've had very good results. We will see if I get my refund or not. Stay tuned

They got me bad. I reported this to channel 4 news los angels. Oh my gosh they got me I'm hurt. On my way to FBI scams report and then BBB. I'm going in on them. I'm going Osama bin laden on cici wigs in name of jesus. They want get nobody else. They got over on the wrong person.

The most awful experience I ordered 3 wigs all were the same completely trash. Not like described at all please do not buy from this site. You have to pay for your own shipping back. Which probably isn’t worth the time and effort. But I’ll definitely do it anyway.. NEVER buy from CICI wigs it’s a scam!

I ordered a wig from them it WAS NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I asked for a refund and agreed to a partial refund because it’s gonna cost me almost half of what I sent to send it back so I figured I mines well keep it and give it to my little cousin to play with and they had the nerve to send me $2 when I paid almost $50 for it😑DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WEAR A HALLOWEEN WIG EVERYDAY!

I ordered 2 wigs and trying to cancel they haven't been processed yet but online want let me cancel my order I should be able to change mind. No one helping me no email nor they number can't reach anyone
