i purchased two wigs from cici and they look like theatrical wigs! I am so disappointed! do not purchase any wigs online, so not purchase from this website. horrible! and it comes from China! do not purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so disappointed. money down the drain.

Absolutely feel foolish buying a wig from them, was better off buying a wig frm Amazon, would have had way better quality from them than with these fools. A complete joke and so surprised that this website is still running. Halloween costume wigs, that is what they are. DO NOT BUY!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do not buy from them. I bought 3 wigs for $39.24. None of them looked like the pictures, they were all black costume wigs not lace-front at all. I called PayPal to get a refund and they said I had to send it back to get a refund even though it was the companies fault and lies that led to me wanting a refund. I tried sending it back and I could not because the seller purposely gave a complicated address that the people at the mail office could not figure out what to put in. I tried calling paypal and it cut off 3 times. I am beyond upset. I still have not gotten my money and I hope whoever runs this company burns in hell. They are decieving you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They are not good as far as communication and on top of that they had took my money. Please do not buy from these scammers I will contact my bank about this.

I bought a wig and they only shipped the label I looked at the terms and policy I just knew I was making the right decision!!! ThenBOOM I GOT Got smh I just want my money back now!!!

So Dissapointed I Honestly Wanted That Wig & My Hair Stylist Said It Wasn’t worth wearing . It was so messed up . It was so synthetic - i Thought It Was Supposed To Be human hair , I Want My Money Back but their not responding. This isn’t fair at all 😡💔

The reviews on this vendor’s website must be fake or paid advertising Don’t be fooled. Hair arrived (after 2 weeks) and looked nothing like the pics. Very poorly packaged in a zip lock bag and is it’s synthetic blend hair and not 100% human hair. You are better off spending a little more and buying from Amazon. The reviews on Trust Pilot are very accurate..., this vendor is a rip off and selling sub par hair products. Another China vendor ripping people off. Shame on them!
