I just recently bought 2 wigs for my mom and these costume wigs are horrendous. They look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE WHAT I PURCHASED. I think that everyone who bought their wigs using PayPal need to open up a PayPal case and try to get their money back thorough PayPal and make sure you screenshot a picture of your receipt on ciciwig.com Website which has a picture of the wigs you purchased. Also take a picture of wig or wigs you received and upload them to your case. I would also reference this site, because we can't all be wrong. We are ALL saying the same thing, because this site is scamming us with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and they don't respond until you go through the company you used to fund the transaction such as PayPal and etc. This company only wants to give you 10% back or have you to send the wig or wigs back and I am not spending a dime to send these wigs back overseas let alone here in the US when this is their mistake. I would give them minus 5 if I could. When I escalated the case in PayPal within a few seconds gave the judgment in favor of the seller, but I called them Paypal ASAP and pleaded my case including everything I presented to them and they gave me credit for full amount that I transferred back into my bank act. I ask that you do this and give me thumbs up so I know that this helped you. I could not include a link, but I did the following: 1. I typed how to report international company on google search and go to where it says FIling a Consumer Complaint USAGov 2. Click on Econsumer . Gov for purchase with a foreign retailer 3. Click on Online Shopping and go from there OR file with FTC Federal Trade Commission and Report International Company fraud and false advertisement

I thought I was getting a deal for Black Friday only to be scammed I ordered by 2 get one well the third one I picked did not show up free on my order so I ordered the 2 and message the they responded quickly and said they would send out all 3 wigs from what I understood well when my order came I received one wig that looked not like what I wanted I been emailing now they not responding DONT Order from this company they sent me a wig no lace and for an older church lady style I wouldn’t never ware can’t return because there is no return address be careful

This site is beyond fraudulent. BUYER BEWARE you will not receive what you paid for or what you saw in the picture. I am beyond LIVID!!!! This site is a scam and needs to be removed ASAP. What you receive is not "LACE FRONT" or "HUMAN HAIR" you will receive synthetic crap that looks nothing like the picture. I'm going to inform the better business bureau. I have no idea how this site is still allowed to exist with it's fake reviews and and fake pictures. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! THEFT by DECEPTION!!!!

ALL THE BELOW NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! CCWIGS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Like many other customers stated, the Wigs are low quality junk. I ordered 3 kinky wigs. The three wigs I received were randomly bagged and eerily straight and one was platinum blonde when I ordered all 3 black! No return address with a label that covered another. Sent 4 emails total got no reply. I spent $39.98 and free shipping. But that was money down the drain. Feel foolish for ordering now because the deals were too good to be true. WARNING!! DON'T ORDER FROM CICIWIGS!! SCAM! THEY SHIP RANDOM GARBAGE AND YOU WILL GET NO RESPONSE!! Please listen and spread the word to friends and social media! I'm reporting this to my credit card company. I immediately knew I was tricked when I opened that bag!! I was afraid to touch those 3 wigs. Taped bag back but it's clear they scammed me and I won't receive my money back. The website is cleverly DECEITFUL!!

On October 25, 2019 I purchased two lace wigs for 90% off. These wigs were delivered at my home on November 1, 2019. They came in a grey plastic bag. When I opened the these bags, the wigs were nothing like what I had ordered. I was hoping to receive two different lace front wigs with different curl pattherns, but I received wigs that were exactly the same, no lace, wrong texture. The wigs were in poor quality, immediately starting shedding, and tangled easily. They looked like they were made by a four year old. On November 9th, I payed for my wig to be shipped back to where they came from. On grey bag came with a return address labeled: (Dept. NJ #42 PO BOX 1009) — MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ 08831. On November 12, 2019 it stats that my packaged was finally delivered. After telling the seller this via paypal, they said in order to receive a refund I had to send my package to: No. 2, Lixin Road, Egongling, Pinghu, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, 518000. This address did NOT come on the grey back as a return label. If this product really came from China, the seller covered it up with a tag from the U.S to give the illusion that the items were sent from a location in New Jersey. I already shipped the wigs back to the return address in New Jersey. That label was placed there purposely to confuse customers. I ordered the wigs on October 25, they came November 1st, so there’s no way they were really shipped all the way from China! PayPal is now saying I cannot receive a refund because I didn’t provide the correct tracking information. What kind of bull crap. It’s a shame that PayPal is letting fake companies scam people and not doing anything about it.

All of these reviews say the same about ciciwigs. I filed a complaint with PayPal and asked, why would you let companies that scam and lie to your customers use Paypal as a method of payment. I will contact my bank and talk to my Lawyer. I am so angry with this ciciwigs.com. Biggest SCAM EVER!. I am disappointed with Paypal. They make if so difficult to get your money back. I refuse to waste my time and get the run around. Ladies, I am so sorry you all have to go through this grief. I ordered hair from several ecommerce sites and never had experienced like with Ciciwigs.com. They have several company email addresses and a Yahoo email address listed on PayPal. CICIWIGS.COM sent me a email asking me to send a them a ton of information to get my money back. Did not even send a return address. The wigs came fast, no way the came all the way from China. I would not have purchased if I knew they came from a so called China company. Has anyone noticed their company information is in Chinese on PayPal! Big time red flag!. Find a way to shut these SCAMMERS DOWN! I am not the only person reporting this company to PayPal. Yet Paypal is still on ciciwigs.com website to use as a method of payment. What does that say about PayPal? I feel your pain and disgust ladies. It's a doggone shame isn't it. Do your research ok ladies. Take care.

I bought not 1 but 2 wigs from this place first one was yaki an the 2nd one was suppose to be wet an wavy hair y I got them an you know how back in the day when they use to have those fake wigs with the fake plastic scalp well it was not only the same wig it was the same color they gave me any wig they wanted me to have then they ran off with my money after a dozen emails about my refund lucky enough that the hair was only 35 dollars an not a penny more they can keep the money cus obviously they need it if u got to scam customers yall lost a customer for life peace

I didn't even receive my wigs yet, but the moment I realized they were fake from a couple YouTube videos, I then proceeded to email them which they definitely DID NOT respond after about 7 emails and a phone call to HONG KONG which also clearly didn't go through on my cell phone. Luckily I didn't spend hundreds of dollars on this weave. I did spend a good $43 on three wigs and at this point I'm so upset with anything that has to do with this website! i don't even want whats supposedly coming in the mail in who knows how long.. I messed myself up because I knew it was too good to be true ... but to future buyers DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE CICI WIGS !!!!!!
