Oh God let’s say I wish I had of read the reviews before I spent my money. I ain’t heard NOTHING from this company since they got my money. I have tried to contact someone through email and still no response. I haven’t gotten an response or any product. At this point I’m nervous about what I ordered and don’t care to get the product cause it may never come or may not be what I thought I was getting. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Not good service. Read the reviews! ALL BAD!

I ordered 2 (what was labeled as human hair) wigs on 11/19/19 and received an order that were wigs totally different from those I ordered on 11/27/19. The wigs received were not human hair, and did not even appear to be synthetic. Neither were remotely close to the style or color I ordered and I was not able to use either. I ended up donating them to the salvation army. Since I was counting on taking them with me on my vacation that started on 11/28/19, I was forced to find a wig store at the last minute and spend funds that were not allocated for this purchase. I will never purchase anything else through CiCi Wigs again . . . . . so disappointed! Betty M. - Los Angeles

I also ordered off they fake YouTube video. There is gotta be someway to expose these scammer. They are stealing model photos and videos of legitimate wig companies. I would have thought by now they would have gotten involved and try to do something about it. I just received three fake wigs thinking I was going to be hot to trot for the holidays. 😲😡. I refuse to do nothing. there's got to be some kind of police are hot line somewhere between China or wherever they come from and the US for complaints. UPDATE: Report false advertising. Gots to be a scam! I looked at the reviews on the website and all, come to find out the reviews are FAKE! I’m so Upset, I called Cee cee wigs, a whole different place thinking it’s them! They told me everything I needed to know, He told me to just get in contact with my bank and that’s too much, I’m highly blowed! ITS A SCAM, I should’ve just ordered off amazon

If I could give a negative 10 I would 3 weeks later still no merchandise or contact they are a big rip off

PLS BE AWARE THAT THE QUALITY OF THESE WIGS ARE VERY VERY POOR, CHEAPLY MADE, AND THE DIDNT EVERY SEND A RECEIPT INSIDE MY PACKAGE WITH THE WIGS, THEY HAVE NOT PAID ME ANY ATTENTION REGARDING AN ERROR, AND THEY SENT ME 2 OF THE SAME WIGS, THEY ARE ALL TRASH ANYWAY. PLS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a multi toned brown wig with waves and a lace front. Received a ginger colored wig. They have no phone number and only correspond by email. They told me the wigs they have actually are not as shown in the pictures. WHAT? That’s a scam to sell something and do a bait and switch. They won’t offer a refund without charging return shipping! Don’t waste a dime with these clowns.
