Received hair today. I ordered 2 and received a 3rd for free. The hair is nothing like the pictures. I just filed a claim with paypal and it seems it is leaning towards the merchant. I dont understand how they are getting away with all of this. I think everyone should dispute their claims with paypal so paypal can see something is obviously wrong with this company. It looks like I will be disputing with my bank.

I Believe It's A SCAM!!!! They gave me a tracking # Stating FedEx Had The Package... They Lied... The Number Cici Wigs Listed is FAKE... Its too Many Numbers... Usually When Things Are 2 Good 2 Be True... They Usually Are....

I purchased 2 wigs that were suppose to be dark brown and 1 was ginger red and the other was dark auburn. CiCi said they were human and they were synthetic. You had a built-in center part and I couldn't even make a side part. $48.00 and I will be contacting my credit card company for fraud.

They are terrible ! I NEVER even got the hair emailed they NEVER answered I was very upset but I got over it because anybody that have to scam clearly need the money more than I do . But yes DONT order from ciciwigs 💯

This company is a scam I ordered two wigs the wigs are horrible not the same wigs I ordered they was not lace hair texture was not human tryed contacting them no reply to no emails I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN 😡

DONT DO IT. ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's a scam. And PayPal is to blame for continuing to let this happen to people. I thought it was a deal because I got it on black friday. And I'd never bought weave online before. But if you buy hair from here you will get some Party City wigs. Then when you try to get a refund they are gonna ask you to either send it back and pay for it to be shipped to China, or you can keep them and they will give you 10%. I'm now trying to go through paypal and get my money back that way, if not I'll be going to my personal bank.

Do not waste your money for this crap
