CiciwigsReviews of ciciwigs.com

Just received my wig order from Cici Wigs and did not receive the wigs I ordered, all three wigs are the same style and different colors, not 360 lace as advertised. One of the reasons, I order is because of an endorsement from a YouTuber I trust and subscribe to, who gave a positive review of one of this company's wigs. My experience is not at all positive. I agree with the ladies in this review, we have been scammed and the fact that there is not a good customer service phone number to call is suspect. Now waiting on email reply

Ciciwigs are a HUGE scam! I ordered three wigs that were supposed to be “human hair” and when they came in I was so disappointed. I was expecting the wigs to look like the ones I seen in the pictures and they look nothing like it. In just one day, the wigs are already dry, and starting to shed, if I wanted to buy synthetic wigs, I could’ve went to a costume store, THESE WIGS LITERALLY LOOK LIKE COSTUME WIGS! All I got to say is I was very disappointed and I should’ve trusted my instincts because when you see 90% off discount wigs and they seem to good to be true it’s because they are. Do not buy from this company because they are not trustworthy, they’re false advertising and it’s just a waste of you’re money. DO NOT buy from Cicwigs, they will scam you.

I recently ordered 2 SUPPOSED TO BE HUMAN HAIR WIG'S and they added 1 free. Ok,I'm really excited about my hair I ordered my wig's in the end of November like November 23rd. I had to email the OVER 5 TIMES asking where was my hair, and what delivery services did they use so I knew who to look out for, but anyway after all the reaching out to them my wig's came just this week December 15th or 16th..Ok once I opened the hair, yes like another customer mentioned it came in a zip locked bag,no lace, its was pretty and soft so I said to myself well this can be just EVERYDAY hair with a hat..Ok I wore it for 2 days, it shedded, everytime I ran my fingers through it and brushed it. I tried it out to see if I could sleep in it and OMG 😱😱😱😱😱 IT LOOKED LIKE A RATT,🐀🐁WOULDN'T EVEN NEST IN IT. I TOOK PICTURES AFTER WEARING IT FOR 2 DAY'S. I took pictures but there's no way I can show you ladies how my head looked like a ratts 🐁🐀👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😡🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

This is the worst of the worst. They stated that its money back guaranteed and I have yet to receive a response from customer service let alone a refund. I purchased 3 wigs and they are all mesh. The site clearly stated lace front or lace wigs. The hair is definitely not human and tangles when pulled out of the packaging. I have attempted to contact the company the day the wigs were received to speak with someone about how to fix this issue due to wanting to keep the wigs but wanting what I paid for. If it is possible to shut this site down it should be.. At least be honest about the crap that you are selling. Those of us that wear wigs often know the difference between lace and mesh as well as human from synthetic. At this point I have given the wigs to my 7 year old neice to play dress up in because they can definitely not be worn out in public.. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !

I’m so upset I waited 3 weeks Plastic straight cosmos black wig Super cheap synthetic I’m really upset They send me a bs t email but I know it’s a waste of time. Hopefully PayPal can refund me my money

BEWARE ciciwigs are SCAMMERSS!! Do not trust this scamming company 1. The pictures used for advertising are bait and switch (cheap plastics hair with no lace although advertised as human hair 360 lace front). 2 . They sent 3 of the same exact style wigs so basically none of the wigs matches the advertised Styled there was no lace and the wigs were poorly constructed and the hair looked like plastic 3. They saw they will refund money but once you agree to return they refuse to send a return shipping label. Then they will send another email saying they will offer you a 10% then 20% discount to keep the items. 3 if you refuse then they will email you as if this is a new conversation offering discount again then indicating the following is required to return or you won’t get a refund and if you see they are wording the return process in such a way that if form is not fully completed no refund. See snippet of email from ciciwigs returns rep. “ “The following form will help us confirm your order information and evaluation of the product, as well as the subsequent refund process.(If the form information is incomplete, the refund request will not be met. If you have any questions, please contact customer service staff in time). >Order number: >Consignee Name: >Email address when ordering: >Consignee Country: >Consignee City: >Consignee's detailed delivery address: >Time when the product was received: >Purchase Product Name: >Purchase time: >Product link: >Evaluation of products: >Evaluation of delivery time: > Whether to accept partial refunds and keep products (yes or no): >The amount of refund you would like to receive” Now I did not need any of this make the Purchase. This is Just more ways to delay refund. This ciciwigs is nothing but a scam I don’t even believe they should be call a company or business just scammers. Don’t waste your time or money on scammer ciciwigs scammers. They do not even deserve 1/2 star.

I gave them one star because it was the only option. They sent three of the exact same wig, none of what I had ordered and they were synthetic, not human hair. There is no way to contact them, the number they have on the website is invalid, I sent several e-mails and got no response. Do NOT order from them, this is a scam. Anytime the website is elusive about contacts BEWARE! By the time the wigs arrive your payment has been processed and it's difficult to get refunded. 90% off is a hook to get your funds and you get nothing.

This place is an entire con-shop. Nothing you order here is going to come like it was shown. It's very hard to get your money back if you try to dispute an order. Don't waste your time; find another place to shop.
