CiciwigsReviews of ciciwigs.com

My wife bought I think it was four wigs from these people. It took about a month to get them and when they finally came. Maaaaan! I wouldn't a kid wear these things for Halloween!🤬🤦🏾‍♂️ CiCiswig.com, Shame one you!

I finally received my order and they were nothing like the wigs in my order. One was completely different. It was long and straight stringy. You guys are fake and dishonest. How are you selling people crap? I should have read the reviews that wasn't on their site first. Sincerely, A Pi$$ed Off Customer

i am very mad about this company. i bought i wig from them thinking of i normally buy from nadula or isee hair , but i was searching & i saw they were doing a 90% off sale so i was like hmm let me save some money & buy 4 wigs. YEAH NO !! biggest mistake i knew i should of just stuck to my normal hair brand, i saw the 4 stars so i like yesss everyone loves the hair till my dumbass went on the google & searched & seen this & everyone said the same thing. the reviews on there website are mostly fake because the review dates are the next day comments its like someone made a new review everyday. the wigs werent same as advertised, this website needs to be shut down. took them 2 months to send some cheap non lace front wig. then the email they provide non ever responds back, even when they say 100% money back. never again, just stick to your normal hair company ladies!

BUYERS BEWARE! Why didn’t I read the reviews BEFORE purchasing three wigs from them. Fortunately, they were on sale and I only paid $49 for all three, but this company falsely advertises lace front, Kinky wigs, ombré wigs, etc. NONE of the wigs I received were NONE of those things that I ordered based on fake photos! I will NEVER buy their products again.

All six wigs that I purchased were listed as 360 or lace frontal human hair wigs. All the wigs I received were synthetic costume wigs that shed really bad just taking the wig out the bag. The seller deliberately lies to buyers through customer reviews, all 5 stars reviews are on the same day and lie through the return policy. The seller forwards they're packages through two P.O. Boxes and refuses to give a return address in an email within the 14-day timeline.

I ordered something 2 wks ago. Have a tracking number and the item hasn't been shipped still. Im cool tho...I turned the whole store into the federal trade comission. They gone shut that store down. It wouldnt let me.post the link but Google federal trade commision, click internet scams, mechandise...have at it

Total false advertising and when I emailed about a refund it's been two weeks and I still haven't got a reply I definitely don't recommend ever ordering from the store or doing business with them whatsoever

My daughter order from his company without even looking at the reviews as a mother i went back and look at the reviews and they are horrible my daughter ordered some wig and did not receive a confirmation number only a Gmail account this is the only way you can contact this company this is a scam Please be aware of this week company
