The company owners need to burn in hell for scamming, lying and Cheating people out of their money. Your company sucks. This is probably some money laundering setup to make them look legit

I give this company negative star with the several emails and no response or a way to get my money back. I honestly hope this company close e every where and stop using celebrities pictures to promote these BAD wigs

I ordered 3 wigs from CiCi Wigs after Black Friday. When they arrived they look like a Halloween wig. Nothing like I ordered. I tried to e-mail the company but I haven't received a response to get my money back. I thought it was the legit company CeeCee wigs. I should have done more research.

Packaging was a plastic zip lock bag, hair looks completely synthetic and at the top Where theres a middle part, it's grey colored plastic. Hair qaulity shown in advertised picture verses what I received is two different things. Cheap costume wig. DO NOT ORDER FROM CICI WIGS!!!

I ordered a wig and then had an issue that needed to be solved with my shipping and then I tried emailing them they never emailed back they don’t even have a number to call. This morning I decided to look at more reviews and I saw these I’m so mad that I spent $40 on this bs I won’t be getting it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I Chamika Seaton feel like too bad it doesn't have zero stars I asked for a refund for all these horrible reviews and if y'all reading this my name is Chamika Seaton I need a refund and order cancelled before it ships I emailed your invalid email address and tried to contact you through the fake number on your site in no way is it cool to Target women and practically steal their money and give them some wack Barbie doll hair and I saw the reviews after I ordered I don't have money to waste and again need a refund asap and order cancelled that was ordered last night for a total of $33 .88 for your loose wave wig. As I didn't even try to order 18 inch one and the shipping is $15 and wig was $18.88 but since it has not went out /shipped need refund asap I used discover card. I also e-mailed previously about a cancellation of the order and refund. Your company shouldn't be putting your name in front of other YouTubers videos if my money is not refunded I will contact the better business bureau and Ftc and a lawyer and I will make sure ever chance I get to inform people of this scam as much A I can.
