I ordered from this place on December 12, 2019. It took two weeks for the product to arrive and when it did it wasn't what I ordered. The customer service number is not valid and I emailed twice since I received the hair and no response. I ordered three different styles and received the exact same wig in three different colors. I do not recommend this place.

I ordered 4 completely different wigs 2 as gifts. They send 4 almost identical wigs. They are all horrible quality nothing I ordered. I know I am not getting a refund. I should of known this was a scam.

When it's too good to be true, it usually is. I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE I purchased these wigs. I ordered three (buy two, get one free). I read the reviews immediately after purchasing. I attempted to cancel, as their policy says you have up to 12 hours after purchase to cancel, but no response. I received a response about three days later, but of course they had already been shipped. I received these costume wigs today. They look nothing like the pictures, and there is absolutely no lace. The wigs also stink! Save your money, you'd be better off purchasing a beauty supply wig.

They are scammers, I order 3 hair for black Friday and they are all the same thing. There is no way to contact them, they look totally different from what I seen on the website and ordered.

Complete scam. I ordered a wig, it wasn't remotely close to what I ordered and there is no way to return a wrong order. No invoice was included to complete their scam. Stay far away from this company. The low prices bring you in and then they send you a completely messed up order and no way to make it right.

This is a scam. I ordered 4 wigs. In 4 different styles and lengths. They me sent four nearly identical wigs. The hair was not real. It was fake hair, not even a good quality synthetic, close to what one might use on a playdoll. The wig cap didn't have a lace front let alone the 360 lace they advertised. Even the wig cap is a joke, it's so small, that it wouldn't fit a child's head comfortably. I'm left with a pile of unwearable babydoll quality hair in an unnatural brown color that doesn't resemble hair. I'm angry with myself for believing the photo's and slick promises. There's no way to even get in contact with them as the website refers you to a different site ( not allowed to post the website information) and disappointing enough doesn't give you contact information. This is a scam . Don't ever buy from this website. The hair is fake. Sheds a whole lot and it's not real. You cannot ask for a refund or mail the hair back . If you do buy from them do it through PayPal only way to get your money back.

Do not order from this company. This company is awful. I ordered two wigs and they were no where near the product description or even the same products. They also DO NOT Honor their return policy. They offered a 5 percent refund and I keep them or I have to pay over $20.00 to return them. Not a good company at all.
