SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! I ordered a black/brown kinky wig and piece of blonde hair arrived LOL. Entire scam and needs to be investigated.

I am so ashamed and angry to have fallen for such a scam, and let these people take my hard earned money. I can’t believe I fell for this and ordered $150 worth of wigs, but when they finally arrived after a very long wait, I was in shock. Nothing what I ordered came, and rather looked like some synthetic cheap crap was thrown into ziploc bags, some of them had Chinese stickers on them. I tried 5 times to email and contact someone but no replies to nothing. All I wanted was either the merchandise that I had originally ordered or my money back, but nothing came of it. Sooooo disappointing to know that these guys are stealing money off people who rely on their wigs. You can try and relay this message but I guarantee you nothing will come of it. I just wanted people warned not to order with these scammers 😡

These wigs are horrible. I’ve reached out to them for a refund THREE times and never got a response. I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money. A total SCAM.

I promise you Cici wigs is a scam there's no way to track the package if you do not receive the same wig in the wigs is the worst quality of everything it looks nothing like the people at all on the commercials on line on the web page Cici wigs is very horrible do not fall for the Trap like I did do not water everything is fake nothing is what you're going to receive I promise you whatever those things that are on YouTube people trying on Cici wigs I don't know what happened to that because they do not send you great what I promise you they're not even late the part in the middle is horrible after wearing it for a day it will Tangled horribly please don't fall for the trick no way to track the package only email and they still don't write you back

I wish i had read these reviews instead of the false ones on their site. Everything that they are saying in the reviews is right! They are frauds!

The hair quality is cheap AF I'm it took 3weeks to get my order and I order the water wave lace frontal,the slipped me a 99¢ wig its not lace it look like Halloween hair THIS COMPANY IT A FRUAD ..DONT BUY FROM CICI WIGS

Have not heard back from anyone regarding a return...the wigs I recieved was not what I ordered...no lace front or human hair...two wigs where exactly the same how is that when I ordered 3 different wigs...smh...never will I order from them again...#horrible

Unbelievable ordered two wigs a red bob and a loose wave brown with blonde streaks and I received a gray cheap behind wig and an all blonde doll baby bs one. Sent 3 emails. Of course no response smh. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY I have reported them to the better business bureau as well as pay pal! Trouble dont last and karma is.a real mf
