Save your money this page is a fraud... is pure trash.. they DO NOT send you whatever you order and they send you wigs like the ones u get in Halloween smh.. they should take this page down asap!!!! And they do NOT answer your emails

I’m glad I read the reviews first because I was sure about to order from them. I pray that they be stopped because it’s false advertising & wrong!!!

CiCi Wigs Company is fraudulent! Please do not buy anything from them!! My bank has been contacted and an investigation is taking place, they will refund me back my money. I will contact PayPal first thing Monday morning, to share with them what CiCi wigs are doing to hard working people. I do business with PayPal as well, so I am looking forward to speaking with them this week about CiCi Wigs.

I got ripped off. They are scam. Since November, I have been requesting for refund or new wigs and they have been playing games. They are very manipulative and false. The 3wigs they sent to me are like barbie hair and they refused to refund or sent me new wigs. They are thieves

DO SOMETHING SO OTHER INNOCENTS WILL NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE WE DID. I OPENED A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL AND THEY PUT THE MONEY ON HOLD AND THEY RED FLAGGED CICI. SO PLEASE DON'T JUST COMPLAIN. FIGHT! WE DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THIS LYING DOWN. FILE A CLAIM TODAY AND CICI'S ACCESS TO PAYPAL WILL TERMINATE. PERIOD!!!

I was ripped off , this company took my money and send me trash in Chinese writing with no return info and my credit card company want remove the transaction because they said to contact the merchant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
