If I could give no starts I would have please don’t waste your time! I ordered hair that was completely different then what I received . First off there was no light brown coloring the wig was jet black, nappy and shedding them the lace front wasn’t real there’s a white part in it so you look crazy when you put it on. I can not 😂 explain this wig I feel like I ordered from a Halloween store. Don’t waste your time they take pictures off other sights and send YouTube bloggers real hair while other regular buyers get synthetic wigs.

I ordered a wig on December 11, 2019 and as of this day...January 15, 2020 I still have not received it. I checked the account and it says it was delivered to y home address. I tried emailing them and callinging them but with no success. Definitely a SCAM...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Please DO NOT order from this site. After reading the reviews I attempted to cancel the order and got no response. REPORT CICI WIGS TO PAYPAL SO THAT THEIR BUSINESS CAN BE FLAGGED!! The items that they advertise are definitely not what you're going to receive. The company is fraudulent.

I ordered a what they claim a 360 frontal lace wig that's plucked, when I received the wig it's a totally different wig no lace just regular and I am so disappointed and dissatisfied. They are really scammers and need to get off line with their lying self just stealing people money. I sure need my money back especially the fact they charged me $15.99 for shipping which is bizarre. I recommend people not to purchase from this site they are scammers

DON'T ORDER YOUR WIG FROM THE SITE!! THEY CLAIM THE WIGS ARE HUMAN WIGS! MINE CAME TODAY! IT'S SYNTHETIC! THE LACE THAT COMES WITH THE WIG IS WHITE! TERRIBLE!!!

Please DO NOT fall for them! I ordered 2 wigs. Once I placed my order, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I emailed them within 1 minute of placing my order for the correction. They responded to me 2 days later stating that it was too late, that my order had been sent to a non-verifiable address. They're not willing to stop my shipment and send to the correct address, nor are they willing to refund me. They simply ignore their customers. These people are thieves. Don't be the next victim!
