Like everybody else has said what they advertised and what u received is two different things this is a clear case or false advertising my bank keeps saying refuses to file a dispute talking about quality isn't a disputable issue this company knows exactly what they are doing they advertise one product and send u bs

I sent for a wig but it wasn't the one I ordered. They are using other website to sale. Buyer be were.DON'T USE THIS SITE . They haven't even contacted me back on a refund. Read reviews before buying.

ALL, YES CICI WIGS IS A SCAM AND PAYPAL NEEDS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AS WELL. I BROUGHT OVER $550.00 IN WIGS. NOT ONE WIG MET ADVERTISEMENT. THE WIGS LOOK LIKE HALLOWEEN WIGS!!!!!!!!!! I PAID VIA PAYPAL WITH MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD BECAUSE I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I KNEW THE COMPANY WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY. PAYPAL SLOW WALKS SO I WENT DIRECTLY AMERICAN EXP AND THEY DISPUTED THE CHARGES. GUYS OMG... YOUTUBE HAVE SEVERAL CRAZY WIG DEMONSTRATIONS POSTED ABOUT THIS COMPANY... I SEE A FEW OF MY WIGS WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.. AMERICAN EXPRESS... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

No need for a long post, just know this is a complete scam. There is NO similarity in the wigs I ordered and in the wigs I received. Of course, I've tried to contact the company but there was no number provided and I'm sure my email will never get a reply. Paypal really needs to do more when it comes to protecting its consumers. I will be filing a complaint with them first thing in the morning. Such a sad experience!

COMPLETE SCAM!!! I wish i could post pics on here but since i can’t..Order took over a month to receive They sent me 2 sets of duplicate wigs..none of which were the ones i ordered (not even same color) Of course I’ve heard nothing back from customer service so I’m sure there’ll be no refund. Luckily i used Klarna so i was able to stop additional charges but I’m sure what they’ve been paid is a loss. This was my 1st time buying a wig on line so sad to say never again!!

I am still disputing them on PayPal. I have the physical address that he provided to PayPal to return these fraudulent costume wigs. So, if anyone is interested in returning their items it will be around the total of $23. BE SURE TO INFORM THE POSTAL WORKER THAT YOU WANT TO SHIP IT FIRST CLASS. Otherwise, the price will be the price that you paid for the wigs or more. I did return the package to China because he scammed many people and thought that I would let this go. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SITE! Ordered 4 wigs from this company and as another person wrote on here they looked like cheap quality Halloween store wigs. I order 2 wavy wigs everything I received was bone straight, 2 should have been ombre, yet all were solid in color. I went to two different FedEx centers to ship back the product only to be told that they could not "verify or locate" the return address sent to me by the seller. My purchases were made in October and I finally just today after fighting with Paypal am receiving a refund. The seller is a FRAUD and just stopped responding to Paypal and me.
