My wife ordered a wig from CiCi Wig and it is not as described. It is not HUMAN HAIR, it has NO LACE, it has PLASTIC insert where the part is and is a SYNTHETIC/ PLASTIC WIG. She contacted the company about this issue through email and received no response. She filed a claim through pay pal and the company requires it be returned for a refund. It cost $30 more to return it. I’m glad she did return it! Now we are waiting for our refund. I will be using twitter, facebook, bbb and more to tell how fraudulent this company is. They are falsely advertising human hair and sending plastic hair. They don’t think anyone will fight for their money back or go through the hassle of return. GET YOUR MONEY BACK CUSTOMERS! Buyers BEWARE! They are scammers.

Cici wigs and Lulu hair is the same company they just change the name Please be aware they are scam artists ordered a wig from them it looked nothing like the one pictured I don't understand why these people are even allowed to make website and scam people out of their money false advertisement they need to get reported

I ordered 3 100% percent human haired wigs. I got none of the wigs I ordered. They sent me two of the same wigs and they were all synthetic wigs. The part in them was done horribly. The parts are made of some kind of Ivory colored plastic. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless they want a wig for Halloween....... ITS A SCAM!!!

These people ARE SCAMMERS. They don’t deserve even ONE star! Seems like they ignore emails, too. If they won’t refund your money, contact your bank’s customer service and ask for a refund to your account. They will issue you a temporary credit while they investigate. They will also do a thorough fraud check. I did just that...called my bank and they credited me the amount that I spent. Don’t let them get away with it...call your bank!! Annnnd...it seems like they don’t even check the site for reviews...dead giveaway!

Please run way from this company, they are scammers. I bought what I thought were lace front human hair wigs from them and I received the exact opposite! All the wigs were cheap, synthetic and had absolutely no lace on them . I am disappointed that I didn’t see the signs or read enough reviews to know that this company was a sham. But please avoid them and spend your money else where. Ps they refuse to refund me.

I got scamed nothing I order was right, I tried to contract customer service, no response, sent four (4) email. Nothing. Wish I check here before not after. I'm going to file small claims suit. Because this is mail fraud.

I ordered 3 wigs total 56.00 phone number has to many numbers.no responses by email. Said they will send email when shipped. been 4 days no email I say this company is a scam I'm one mad customer!
