Cici's & Lulu's Wigs are (one and the same using different names) rip off organizations!! THEY USED DECEPTIVE ADS AND STOLE MY MONEY!! LET'S PUT THESE JERKS OUT OF BUSINESS!! They are a fraud with horrible products that they refuse to allow you to return and they WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! They advertise using other companies' pictures of wigs they don't have. They send you crappy wigs that look like they were made in the dark by a pig!!! They advertise lace front...but they don't send lace front. They advertise human hair... it is not. They advertise 360... it's not!! They advertise one texture, but send another! They don't even send the right color! Then they ship to you from Californis, but tell you to RETURN to CHINA and PAY the shipping ($100) if you want refund. Then you have to fill out a very long, long, long, stupid form asking ridiculous questions that serves no purpose. AND STILL YOU GET NO REFUND!! REPORT THEM TO THE: 1. United States Postal Service (fraud div.) (go to: USPS.COM then go to Complaints) 2. THE CALIFORNIS ATTORNEY GENERAL, 3. THE CALIFORNIA BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS (CBI) 4. THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU Let's put them OUT OF BUSINESS AND/OR BEHIND BARS!!! I work in the legal field, and I am CERTAINLY WORKING ON DOING JUST THAT !!! I WON'T STOP UNTIL THEY ARE STOPPED!!!

TERRIBLE! SCAM!! False advertisement, the wigs they sent me were completely different from the ones they shown on their site. their wigs are SYNTHETIC, NO LACE FRONT! poor customer service. they will not respond to you. I asked for a refund & they refused it. if this happens to you, just contact your bank and they will refund your money back to you

This company is a ENTIRE SCAM. I ordered a 14:in Brown Wavy Bob Wig. What I received was a Straight Black wig about 35 in long. These People sent me Alvira WIG!! AND when I asked for a refund they replied some items won't be as advertised and offered me 5% of my money back but I would Pay To return the wig. Well hell no because once I did that I would still be out approx. 2.00. I told these people if they send me a return slip and my money back I would send them this Bull Mess of a wig.. Anyway... I'm getting my money back from PayPal and told PayPal that they need to cut ties with this Scam Business. I swear I want to get in a room with some of there people.

Cici wigs is a scam. Do not order from them. I ordered 5 kinky curly short wigs. They sent me 5 very long straight hair wigs. Two came in strange colors, a dingy red and a yellowish white blond. Beware the wigs are cheap looking and feel like straw. Horrible horrible

Please do not order from this company save your hard earned coins I ordered 2 wigs from them and they were straight GARBAGE CAN ready and that is exactly where I put them soon as I opened them and saw them I was not even gonna waist my time fighting with them just a lesson learned for me.

Ciciwig is a big time scamming online agency. What I got is not what I ordered.

Please DO NOT waste your money and your time on any of these wigs. They advertised human hair with lace fronts and there was no lace and the hair is like babydoll hair. The wigs were nothing like the picture and they sent me the wrong style of wig.Extremely Terrible!!! I would not recommend this site or company to an enemy and I will be reporting them
