I purchase a wig with this company and they will not respond to emails I sent to them at all am very angry they even have my phone number still nothing. the Bob I ordered was or look like doll hair color was awful the stitching was really bad it is so fake and ugly and I spent good money on this terrible wig. this company needs to give refunds and get it right make your customers happy and stop ignoring us. do the right thing respond to us give a refund and stop making customers jump through these hoops for refund,this is not good for your company to keep doing good paying customers this way!!

I spent 400$ with company ; I received party city’s wigs. The company wouldn’t do a refund nor respond to emails.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. This company does not deserve not even 1 star. They robbed me out of $70. In order for yoi return the item you have to pay more than what you pay since they are supposedly located in China. Rip off. The items were not as describe. Fake synthetic hair when they claim to be virgin hair. The lace part is horrible andthey come with bald spot

I was scammed just now!!!! I'm telling you youtube is your friend when you are trying to find online scammers!!! I ordered 2 wigs from them a red water wave lace wig and a black water wave lace wig and I got 2 party city wigs and on top of that I got a blond wig something I did not ask for!!!! I'm so mad right now!!!! I want my money back and yall can get yall synthetic plastic party city wigs back!!!!! Yall should be ashamed of yourself taking people's hard earned money and I hope and pray that your company shuts down!!!!

Scam Alert - yes I too was scammed. However, Paypal and CiCiWigs think they are going to get away with this. Its easy to see now that this company makes money by making customers jump through hoops to get a refund - which they never intend to give, and obscuring customer service email address, and lack of communication. Their hope is that we will throw our hands up and say "I'm not going to fight this - it's only a few dollars". HA! The lack of help via Paypal to get that money back is frustrating at best. It took 3 tries to find the right customer service email address to ask for a refund. Finally I found the right email buried on Paypal where they ask you NOT to file a dispute via Paypal - because they know their selling practices are bogus. After filling out their stupid questionnaire to start the refund process, they continued to stall. I escalated through Paypal which is an exercise in futility. They want me to pay to ship back garbage that they will then sell to the next unsuspecting consumer. Paypal will only refund $30 for shipping, so I would stand to lose more money because shipping to China is NO LESS than $40. This is absolutely unacceptable, and like the one person said below; I will fight tooth and nail to get my money back and shut this bogus company down. Cici Wigs doesn't make money selling quality product, they make money by keeping refunds and Paypal facilitates this horrible practice. Don't let them get away with it my fellow Wig Sisters, even if it is just a little bit of money. You may save the next person from dealing with the same.

I was scammed too. I was denied my refund from PayPal. I am trying again to get my money back. I spoke to customer service on the phone and they are giving ciciwigs 10 days to respond. If they do not they will refund my money. Cici wigs finally responded to my email to return with a list of questions you have to send them just to get approval to send the wigs back. This is bull crap!! That company needs to be shut down!! I tried to cancel my order a few minutes after I ordered and saw the negatives reviews online. They totally ignored me and sent those fake plastic wigs anyways. Costume wigs have better quality than these wigs!! Do not buy. They need a lawsuit against them, and everyone that ordered should get all their money back.

Thieves!!!!!! Paypal is allowing this company to steal from people. I know I was not the first to file a compliant. They basically told me to ship the product to china for a refund when they shipped the fake product from California. The hair is plastic fake, you can get better synthetic wigs for cheaper. I sent pictures of what I received in comparison to what was advertised. Nothing was done! Reporting them to the BBB, I need others to join me so we can get them shut down.

I just got my order and it wasn't nothing that I ordered!!! I'm very angry that these people are steeling our money! They won't answer ny email. I don't have money to give away!
