CiaobellafitReviews of ciaobellafit.com

I love working out with Marti! She is natural and warm, explains and demonstrates the exercises really clearly and her Italian charm makes the workouts really enjoyable. The 5 a Day is great to keep me consistent and her website is clear, with a new video to wake up to each day. . Marti`s background as a ballet dancer makes her exercises different to what I`ve done before. Because they`re short I don`t feel tired or sweaty, but feel like I`ve achieved something really good for myself. I`m feeling the benefit every single day and excited for the next one. As I`m rebuilding my strength after a long break, I`ve been trying several online instructors. I did the free trial and I`m sticking with Marti and Ciaobellafit! She really is the best and I can`t recommend her highly enough.

I recently tried the workout with Marti and I absolutely loved it.The exercises are easy to follow and I could feel my body working but I never felt overwhelmed. Highly recommended. I am looking forward to continuing my fitness program here.

The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Marti is lovely and knowledgeable. I'm really enjoying it so far!

It was just what I was looking for. Marti is a fantastic instructor and so far I have found it motivating and have started to notice the differences. Thank you Marti!
