I purchased 2 mother of bride dresses They arrived in poor quality. The color and appearance was very cheaply made. I immediately ask for a return label and a refund. They have delayed this process asking for several things. I had to go into Hospital for an emergency surgery. But I continued to notify them countless times. To be met with so many difficulties. Please do not buy from them Poor quality, extremely poor customer service. I

No service at all after purchase - Very difficult to deal with Chyrbaby for returns/refund. One month waiting delivery, sizing is too small & faulty fabric. Once purchased they don't care less to make it right for the customer.

Terrible experience, they dress did not fit me , so I ask to return the dress and get a refund, they said they could only offer a 15%. Do not buy in this store .

Do not order with the expectation of an “easy return” policy within 14 days. The size I ordered was correct to their measurements, but did not fit me as expected. I contacted customer service the day after receiving. The return was denied since their measurements were correct. I was offered a 20% off discount on my next purchase.

Buyer Beware! They say they will return if unworn but I bought two outfits that were too small. They lied and and refused to give return address to return to. Dont waste your money CHYRBABY SCAM SCAMMERS

Worst company ever. Couldn’t find my order so I cancelled because it would arrive too late. The dress miraculously shows up (after event) and now they won’t provide a US return address and only offer small discount. Love to hear from someone who was able to return with full refund. That person probably doesn’t exist. This company is a rip off.

The dress I received did not look like the dress I ordered. The material was also very cheap looking. The dress didn’t fit properly. . Their website states Easy Returns but that is a lie. I reached out to customer service to do a return but they refused to give a full refund. They started negotiations of a 10% refund and I can keep the dress, then they offered 15%. They would never agree to a full refund the most they would do was 25% and I can keep the dress that is cheap looking and doesn't fit

This was one of the worst companies to order from. Ordered dresses back in October for a wedding. It is now the last week of November and still no dresses. Sent email to cancel only to be told the order shipped. That was a week ago and still dresses. One week before the wedding. This is a horrible company. Don’t waste your money.
