Not knowing much about green screens, all of my questions and queries where answered and I was directed to the product that would most suit the needs that I was describing. Bruce was very fast to respond and really provided a great service. I needed the product shipped internationally, and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition too after a long journey. I'm always cautious when buying products overseas because you can never be sure what you're getting, but the product was really exactly what I had hoped for and I would definitely purchase again for any future needs! Our school purchased our green screen from Chroma-key.com for our new broadcasting program, at the advice of one of our industry advisers who had purchased their studio green screen from them. Prior to the purchase, I was very impressed with their customer service. I received a response to any questions in under an hour anytime I would email, even on weekends. And their advice was always right on. They are experts in the field of color key products. While planning our set up, they were invaluable with their advice on ensuring the product we ordered met strict school guidelines -- including fire regulations -- while still providing the quality and professional look that we were going for. They custom created our green screen to the exact measurements we requested, to fit precisely in our studio. When the order arrived, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the product. The material was thick and well made, the color was flawless, grommets were secure and sewn in a way that was so good that I mistakenly thought they weren't there until I begin to unwrap it to hang it in the studio. The grommets hold the weight of the green screen without any fear of a problem, and even the way it was packaged was well thought out -- making it easy to hang without damaging the product or wrinkling the material. I was very impressed with my overall experience with them, and won't hesitate to use them again as our program grows.

Because we were on a deadline, they called me and kept me in the loop at all points of the interaction. Very refreshing for someone that remembers the way it used to be. Now-a-days, you so often just a number and nobody calls anymore. They did and it made my stress level much lower!
