I’m happy with my order and I don’t even write reviews but I was happy I got a great price on the jewelry I ordered. It came rather quickly even for the holidays and the material is the best I have seen. They put in a free gift with the order, too.

I got my order from here a few months ago and I just wanted to share my experience. Now that I’ve had the jewelry for some time I decided to review it because it’s a shame I haven’t shopped from here before. After taking all this jewelry to the beach all summer, it’s still gold as the first day it came. And it’s way cheaper than other shops I’ve shopped at. I feel like I got an amazing deal from here with the quality jewelry. And they shipped it the same day I ordered! The package got to me after only 3 days! Would def buy again soon.

This company sucks. It disgusts me with all its little tricks to delay the delivery of the package and to not return the money. I have been waiting since the first day of December,2020 and till now, nothing happened. So why can’t you refund me since you haven’t done anything yet? And, omg, for the whole f*ckin’ 36 days? Jesus, poor company and poor American speed. Shame on you! You are disgusting, a true disaster which call itself a company, yet runs no faster than a turtle. I just wish coronavirus can spread in the way you work, which is, btw, not effective at all.

I ordered a pair of earrings and received a necklace. I reached out to them via phone (which is off and only a voicemail; which was never returned) and email immediately after receiving the wrong product. I was asked to prove that the item was incorrect, which I did by sending them a photo of the item. I did not receive a reply back. The window of reply is expected in 24 hours (via their generated system); however, I was concerned that an entire business week went by with absolutely no reply, even upon reaching out to them via email afterwards, and social media. UPDATE: I have since further been in communication with them, and have received a refund, but only after they received my complaint through an oversight company.
