What makes this company great is the team work they have and the respect for their clients. The team shows when you get on the phone with customer service and they great you by calling you by your name, it makes you feel like you're part of the family. Customer service talks to you like they understand where your coming from and they don't judge. Then the Agents tell you what information is needed and will explain to you why and what it is. Leslie was patient and understanding. She walked me through every step and gave me alternative options when I couldn’t submit online and worked with me for hours until the next day when I was able to get everything in and done, then I received my cash. They have a few ways you can be paid. When Leslie wasn’t available every agent I spoke with was nice and helped me and passed messages along, as well as help in anyway they could. It was fast and easy for the most part. It was convenient and flexible. It saved me when I needed it most and I plan to repay the entire loan off early to help my credit score 1 and 2 each payment made on time decreases your monthly payment each month and yes improves your credit! I was denied over 50 times literally being told student loans were debt not credit and since I’d never had a credit card or don’t have credit anything that just because my credit score is 690 doesn’t mean anything if I never had credit smh every time! But they helped me and accepted me and was very patient and persistent and respectful and kind! I loved this entire experience! Very easy and straightforward process. I started the application on a Monday morning and the cash was in my checking account on Tuesday night. The contract is also nice because it shows exactly how much you’ll owe every month for the entire loan, and there are no prepayment penalties.
