Tire price was too good to be true. Ordered tires and after a week still no reply when they will ship. Emailed for a status and received a reply the shipping department was working on it and it will take 3-4 more days before the order ships. They charged my C/C PDQ. Don't waste your time with this BS company. I'm having the charge removed from my card. I don't need tires 6 months from now. Total BS! Pay the extra money and deal with Benzo.

first time ordering from this site. after 1 week of waiting for tracking # I got a cancellation notice without explanation. Just wasted valuable time. I ended up ordering same item from Amazon. I do not recommend this site. Now I have to keep an eye on my bank statement to make sure I did not get charged

I haven't purchased yet but I see a lot of reviews claiming great customer service. I'm suspecting those reviews are posted by Chococloset themselves because no one answers the phone or emails. Also, no one responds to their live chat. Since it's my first time with them and things look a bit uncomfortable, I want to communicate with them first. So far, nothing. I also wanted to ask if they accept Paypal, which apparently they do not. That would give me some security in ordering from an unknown. Nothing but silence on all fronts.

Ordered 4 tires 7 days ago, nothing about shipping has been sent. Sent the company an email asking for status of order. Waiting for reply. At this point I'm less than satisfied with the service from this company! Update.. email stated tires would be shipped within 7 days, then 3 days later, email says tires would be shipped soon, 2 days later tires shipped, then next day email stated tires were wrong size and going to be recalled from shipper and I would get a refund within 7 days. Waiting on that refund and I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with this service!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! To save a couple bucks just to get jerkerd around, not worth it I'd say now.

I ordered a tool from here almost 10 days ago. After several days I emailed them concerning shipping status, they did respond quickly and told me it I would receive tracking in the next couple of days. Several days later, no tracking number. Emailed them again, they quickly responded and said more less the same thing. It has been almost 10 days and no shipping info. I told them it has never taken this long on anything I have ordered elsewhere. I do not recommend ordering from site!!!! I think they just keep giving excuses and beginning to think this is a TOTAL SCAM SITE!!!! I will contact my bank asap and pursue getting my money back!!!! Please don't make the mistake I made on looking for the best price. As each day passing I am more and more convinced this is a SCAM....
