Thoughtful Experience
I purchased a men's shirt. I followed the measurement instructions and picked a size one size smaller based on the item's description and clear guidance to order down. When I received the shirt, it was clearly two sizes too small and wouldn't button. I contacted them to exchange it. They responded quickly. They offered me a 50% coupon to purchase a new one but no offer to refund or exchange the one I received. When I followed up about their refund/exchange policy, they offered to send me a new shirt for free and to keep the original shirt as well. I was very grateful for this kind of customer service. I am not giving four stars because I feel they should not have tried to get me to buy another shirt at 50% when I first asked about a return/refund/exchange. If they had led with the offer to send me a new shirt, this would be a five star review.
