Chip'n WIN - Sweepstakes CasinoReviews of chipnwin.com

I signed up for this website recently. I started playing some games and got pretty lucky and was able to cashout with more than what I bought in for. Unfortunately my account got immediately banned as soon as my redemption was reviewed. I was told I broke terms and services??? For buying things offered to me and playing games offered to me??? What is the point of the website if not that? Support is ghosting me and I dont know what to do now, im out over $500. Extremely dissapointing to see this kind of action within the SweepStakes community. Please don't sign-up for this website. There are plently of reputable sites to play on such as CrownCoinsCasino, Modo, Stake, and the list goes on.

This is an awful social casino. There's no way to cash out. According to the personal manager, coins earned using crystal wheel, visiting rewards, and quests are limited to a maximum redemption of 40. So, in other words you will not be able to redeem it. The minimum redemption amount is 100 dollars and 50 dollars for a gift card. This site is purposely deceptive. When you try to redeem, it allows you to request the full winning balance but then your redemption be rejected if you won the balance with free SC. It doesn't make any sense. Chip N Win is a big waste of time.

I won $500 from chip n win and they gave me some stupid excuse, 7.4 blah blah from somewhere of why they would not pay me the money that was won. even after making a purchase. Now they saying the only way to redeem is by clearing the money the balance to ZERO than it might be easier to redeem after that. Not a good casino site!

It’s a scam! I have played hundreds of sweeps casino sites and this is one of the worst!!!! DO NOT PLAY THIS SITE!!!

Complete scam if I could give it 1 star I would. Locked my account for no reason at all and said there was nothing I could do. Don’t play here

Beware of the fine print! Read the fine print!! I looked at reviews when I fist stumbled across this site, and I thought with so many good reviews and being ranked at 4.5 stars, all those people can't be wrong. So I put my trust into Chip n Win and I registered on thier website. But now I realize, that none of those people that wrote those reviews redeemed SC on this site more than one time before the made those reviews. Otherwise they wouldn't have given this site such great feedback. So hopefully MY review, THIS review will prevent someone from the hell this company has dragged me and im sure other unsuspecting people thru!.. I THOUGHT Chip n Win was a honest safe SweepCoin site. UNTIL TODAY!. I've cashed out my winning $50 SC once before and successfully redeemed it in October 2025. It was in the form of a gift card. It only took about a day and a half to recieve and I had no problems at all. Besides the fact that I had to make a purchase prior to redeeming if I wanted my winnings to be deposited to my debit card. Which I did...and I've been loyal to Chip n Win ever since. I referred a few people to join this site. I've talked highly about them and I've visited the website almost everyday. BUT.. A couple days ago I won over $150.00 SC with the daily free SC I claimed from logging in. I attempted to redeem it. First being told I had to make another purchase if I wanted it to be deposited to my debit card. Which I did the same day and than i try to withdraw and my redemption status never changing from "Pending" I decided to messaged my "personal manager "and see what was wrong. That's when I was told that I already redeemed the maximum free amount allowed back in October(the $50 gift card). And my account was put on a redemption restriction right after that redemption.(I WAS NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT THIS RESTRICTION, NOR DID MY ACCOUNT LIST ANY RESTRICTIONS OR CHANGE IN ANY WAY). My "personal manager" then told me that all SweepCoins won or accumulated from free SC on my account since the restriction was placed, is NON REDEEMABLE! And In order to have the restriction removed from my account and for me to be able to redeem SweepsCoins in the future I would have to FORFEIT ALL SC I won from free SC. So basically EVERY DAILY LOGIN BONUS I CLAIMED FROM THE LAST 5 3 MONTHS that resulted in SweepsCoins winnings would have to be REMOVED AND DEDUCTED from my account balance. They never mentioned the 2 purchases I made during those months. I was given the option to forfeit the SC and have the restriction lifted from my account or keep the SC and the restriction. But wouldn't that make it "play money" which is basically the same as gold coins, if I can never redeem what I win? So of course I chose to forgeit the SweepsCoins they claim were never really mine. Chip n Win got me to fall into thier trap with that first initial $50 gift card redemption, then they tricked me by letting me win SweepCoins and making me believe I could keep it. Only to stab me in the back with thier fine print when I least expected it and then they ripped all of it out of my hands, as they laughed at my defeat and told me that this is what i signed up for.. The only way to not end up in this same situation, is to make hefty purchases BEFORE you win, And DON'T CLAIM the FREE DAILY GIFT! ITS A FINE PRINT WEB OF DECEPTIVNESS AND DEFEAT.

ok so i believe this site is a scam!!!! I am so pissed right now cuz last night I won which normally I would be so happy until i tried to cash out...... i did my verification like I have done with other sites and they denied me blocked my account and when i reached out they sent me an email to retry my verification, so I clicked on the link and it brought me to the login in and nope cant get in so i contacted them to ask how to resolve this when i was told..... Dear Kaitlyn, Thank you for reaching out to us. After careful review of your application, account and the information you provided, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with providing our services to you at this time. We appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Vincent Chip'n WIN Team then when i asked why? this is what i get.... Hello Kaitlyn, After review by the verification team, the account could not be approved for service. This decision is final and cannot be reconsidered. Unfortunately, access to the platform will not be available going forward. Thank you for your understanding. like i have never had a problem before with all the other casinos i play so all and all PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN PLAYING ON THIS PLATFORM DO NOT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN!!!!

This side has a lot of bait and switch action going on. They say that they give a daily reward every 24 hours but they skew the timer so that you miss out on the higher level rewards even though you check every 24 hours. That's a rip off I would never spend a dollar on this site. I usually collect my money from free dailies to see if the slots are loose but this side isn't worth it
