Let’s be honest. No one ever reads the terms and conditions.. Just like me, you won’t really know how things work on this sweeps site till you come across a certain situation. I’m not a big fan of a few things.. For one, you can only make one redemption per day, also the way their “wallet” operates. Your winnings aren’t automatically loaded back onto your available play balance, you’ll have to “convert” them back so they become available to play. And if you do so, you can’t choose to redeem them again till you play through them and there’s no guarantee you’ll get back to that same balance. Also the max you can cash out on free daily play is $40. Missing one of the biggest providers which is pragmatic play. That’s more of a personal preference though.. i currently have 300 in gift cards pending redemption. Let’s see if they go through.. if not I’ll have to come back and give one star. Giving 4 star because as they state, everything is outlined in their terms and conditions.

Thanks for taking the time to share such a detailed review, Jose Luis! We really appreciate your fair approach and thoughtful feedback. You're absolutely right — all key redemption details, including limits and wallet rules, are clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, but we understand it’s easy to overlook until it matters. 🙌 We hope your $300 in gift cards goes through smoothly — redemptions usually process without issue, and we’re here if you need help at any point. If everything goes well, we’d love to see that fifth star 😉 Thanks again for playing with us!

This casino is now my favorite. Nice selection, but the redemption was damn near instantaneous. Less then three hours. I don't know if that's a one off but it was awesome none the less.

Thanks so much for the great feedback! 😊 We're thrilled to hear Chip’n WIN left such a strong impression — and yes, redemptions really can be that fast when all checks are clear. 🎉🍀 If your experience continues to be this smooth and fun, we’d love it if you considered updating your rating to 5 stars — it truly helps us grow and reach more awesome players like you! 🙌✨
Clueless
This was my first time getting over the $100 minimum for withdrawal. Got up to around $125 off of stacking up some FREEPLAY money and played it back down to about $102 then got out before the fall. Other sites that are similar have screwed me over when I get up off of free play so I'm skeptical and curious which sites play it fair & respect the daily grind. So, I hit withdrawal last night & not even 5 hours go by and it's in my Paypal account. The design of how the money works on the site is strange/different & sometimes messes up the momentum but last night, it helped me break a cold streak so I'm coming around to liking it. I'd give 5 but I'm still hesitant on trusting any of these sites until a higher successful withdrawal happens. Thanks for sending what I won without any trouble and I hope this is a site I can consider trustworthy and reliable. One of the quickest redemptions out of all the sites I use. Great job.

I like that they have many slots games you can choose from and it would let you win a little. It seems like they want let you win over $100-150 after that if you don't cash that out they will take all of it back trying to make more money playing. I can't see anyone winning know $1000 or ect playing this casino

I had fun playing games but when it came to trying to redeem was a bit frustrating because I wasn't able to use the first 2 cards that I made purchases with to redeem, but eventually I was able to redeem. I was emailed by the support staff and they were helpful and I appreciate them trying to help me figure things out and once I had my third attempt to redeem, I was very pleased with how quick the payout was.

I enjoy some of the games, how’re the system does keep re-loading and booting you out. Some games are dead never paying no matter the denom you choose.
