Whats Right? None of my promotional codes work, i cant get ahold of customer service. The reason i gave two stars is because I like the games.

The games are fun. The withdrawal is easy. Verification is simple. Bonuses are great. Reps are HORRIBLE for the most part. VERY few actually want to help. You have to request for a bonus through chat. They explain “active players are frequently rewarded”. How much more active can you get than a deposit everyday sometimes up in the hundreds - thousands of dollars a week? You get the right rep, boom, easy, bonus. A good one too. Like I said, good site. But you ask one rep too much or too often and all the sudden they’re cutting your bonuses in half and telling you “no bonus” without even checking the system and I asked four times for a supervisor only to be told I “have to explain myself to the rep first to decide if it’s worthy of a supervisor”. I’m going to play out my bonuses and close my account and the reps here can make this really good site go under just like they intend.

So I enjoyed the game selection and felt at first payout after wins on spins were decent. Here is where I have a huge problem and feel like they are trying to pull a fast one on anybody and everybody for as much as they can. So you have your gold coins, SC you have the amount you have currently in and then the secondary one of winnings. You can convert your winnings back into regular SC for play all of this is fine and dandy. But what they don't tell you at least not where I could find when it gets time to redeem you have to have the entire balance you want to redeem minimum of $100 in the winnings side not the SC side. Even though everywhere states trade in SC for cash prizes. I had the $100 in my winnings but thought since they stated SC 1-$1 on payout that I had to convert it. So I did and put it back to regular SC. Well once you do that you have to replay it all thru one time again min. And get back to the $100 again for cash out. Of course I did great the first time around and then as soon as I found out I couldn't redeem it from regular SC after I did all the play threw and stuff the first time they just ate the money away. I even bought in another package to increase balance to help and ate all of that too. I truly believe they know what they are doing is deceiving because they don't post it readily for people to see. Like on the page to convert maybe say don't convert winnings over that you want to use to redeem. Of course Customer Service says they understand the frustration and blah blah blah but do they do anything to fix it. NOPE do they even offer me $10 towards everything nope. It's a slimy way to trick people. Not sure just because of this that I will ever want to play again. I don't appreciate dishonest companies from the beginning. Be more transparent on the HOW IT WORKS section because it doesn't say any of this there. Stop trying to trick people so they do exactly what I did put it all back into SC mode to redeem to find out you can't and then lose all of it.

When I say ive played multiple platforms with the same games like fire temple Luxor etcetera etcetera etcetera anything by playson or 3 oaks and still do these on chip and win play much much more volatile in sweeps only gold coins I can win all day or at least play a while this eats the hell out your sweeps coins big discrepancies between currencies on here the RTP averages about 25% and when you bring this up to them they act like its our first time playing these games when in fact ive been playing them for years I KNOW how they play so please don't act like im dumb needless to say i don't think ill be playing much here if any at all ill stick to pulsz

Doesn’t really give you a chance to win, but wants me to spend money. How do you guys expect me to spend anything if I can’t even get a small win to entice me to play more.

I’m pretty surprised that not one review mentions that chipnwin requests a w-9 form to be completed for any winnings over $600. This means you have to give them your social security number. In all the online casinos I’ve won money in i have NEVER gotten such a request. I’ve won 3-5k on some sites and they send the money with no issues. I’ll give 2 stars since The live support is helpful. I just don’t feel comfortable giving out my social to a new casino.

Won 100 went to verify and all of a sudden I can't be verified. Customer service gives same run around. My ID matches all info never had a problem being verified anywhere else. So chalk it up as another crap site

Signed up to Chip’n WIN while in beta & SC currency was only available to beta users. Non-beta users were able to play GC, but only collect SC & crystals by logging in, completing challenges & spinning the wheel with accumulated crystals; to play either after becoming a beta user or at/after its full launch. While saving up to 50-60 SC, launch is here. As I play some slots and start to win enough to redeem my winning. I come to find out you must purchase a GC package using a debit card in which you want to redeem to. I submitted a redemption request for a $50 gift card and $70 to my debit card. Received a payment of $30. Asked the personal manager what is the issue and basically said “anything that was obtained from the daily log in, spinning the wheel and challenges can only be redeemed for $40 once.” So anything that’s obtained from the site you cannot redeem after that. You must use your own money, and they will remove the amount that was won with the site freebies. That made me upset and really not like it anymore. It was very misleading, unfair and felt very scammed. So I’m Logging in, spinning wheels and completing challenges for rewards I can’t redeemed. The first Social casino to do some s**t like this. I spent my time and energy doing those tasks and expecting to be rewarded for doing so. Then the personal manager calculated everything wrong and to away 20 extra SC I received from someone I referred in which that being the only thing allowed to keep. It wasn’t cool and feel like I got got. No other social casino does this I will stop using it because you have to collect the daily in order continue on to the site. SMH it was a waste of time just collect all that SC to think we get to keep, play, redeem & win. Avoid the daily, avoid spinning the wheel and also avoid the challenges. It’s not yours it’s theirs.
