Terrible new social casino site. The site has incredibly glitches, and customer service is awful. I've even made purchases that weren't properly credit. This site also uses shady practices, and recently restricted the access of several users with blatantly disrespectful accusations and a failure to take personal ownership over their services/product.

Shady practices. After redeeming several times, and coming up ahead they put a restriction on my account...denied my last redemption, and are refusing to issue a refund for the redemption. They accused me of violating terms, and "various manipulations". Apparently, there were some inaccuracies with their records and they tried to put the full blame on the customer. If the site glitches, they're going to blame you. This is a lack of ownership, and accountability on the site. Their website had numerous payment processing issues, and there were numerous times I was unable to submit a payment after confirming with my bank no restrictions. It seems they've decided to scapegoat, and cast blame on the customer. I would not recommend ChipnWin to anyone. There's a multitude of glitches, processing issues, and the tone of the customer support staff in this situation was uncalled for. While this show initially showed promise, the way in which they accused customers for their own website's errors is incredibly unprofessional. There's so many established, and fully functional social casino sites. Chipn'win falls short in the customer service department, along with an incredibly glitchy website. I was so disgusted with how I was treated, I went ahead and requested they close my account. RUN!

I will update this review once I have been paid out my redemptions (or not) Stellar site, hit pretty well, the cashout process has been a headache and the system had some “rough edges” which hopefully will get polished before the public release. I have been visiting the app and it just launched when I went to verify the 3rd party company they use verification failed this as never been issued at any other sweepstakes casino I play . The response from chipnwin was they couldn't provide service at this time . I had over the minimum redemption amount to redeem so I guess they decided to lose a loyal customer than verify and pay out. Bad business.

Been waiting for in invite to use SC mode for months. I referred other people and they already have SC mode even though other players have waited way longer. Pretty much all the bad things I've seen on these reviews I've also experienced myself and I don't know how anyone posted a review here about receiving an instant cash out when I see people on social media daily posting about they have been waiting weeks to get the money they won with no help or resolution. If you can take peoples payments instantly and claim instant cash out you should be able to do so. Something about this site just isn't right and really doesn't add up. Months and months you claim your gonna roll out a smooth site and that's what's taking so long but as I have seen it seems to be the total and complete opposite. People have started these type of sites overnight that don't have a problem one compared to this one. Not trying to hate just being honest. I had high hopes for this one but they have faded quickly and none of this I've said is lies I'm only speaking on what Ive seen and experienced while using your site and speaking to other players online. Get it together and step it up or you won't survive there's way to many other options out there.

If you look at my reviews, I’ve played most all the sc sites. DON,T waste your money on this one. It’s just sub par from game selection, to customer service and everything in between. You’ve been warned.

Waited months for them to launch sc mode being told it was In the testing phase and that " This phase is critical for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience when the platform fully launches. " But as soon as I was able to access sc mode the site was so glitchy it wouldn't do absolutely anything . It just took whatever sc I had already saved up every game was crashing or glitching so bad it was almost unplayable. I seen a whole community online who said the same exact thing that I had experienced personally .I contacted support and waited days for them to respond and when they did they just closed my chat and erased my previous messages with no actual resolution and had no patience on waiting for my response because I didn't respond quick enough even tho I had to wait days for them . Had to recontact them and it's been another 3 days with no acknowledgement at all . Absolutely do not recommend this place they are off to a horrible start!! Especially with all the time they claimed they were making sure the site would be able to handle everything that came with launch!

Customer service has been non existent. Won't cash me out or even respond to my messages. Avoid at all costs Definitely not instant redemption as advertised. Nothing but lies so far. Waiting to be paid.
