Literally if I could give a zero Stars I would I have never ever been treated this way. They took the money I won saying it's not redeemable. even the money I deposited for coin, and the winnings I got from the money I deposited now granted it wasn't a lot but I deposited because they said I could not redeem unless I had a card on file and the only way to do that is to literally buy some chips, so I did. You still cannot redeem ANYTHING they will take your money back as non-redeemable money and leave you with zero, which is what I have right now even though I won from the money I deposited the thing is there's nowhere to look back at your gameplay to prove the winnings . There wording that they send you is just ridiculous, because the wording is different in other areas of the app. Beware if you decide to play in this platform.$200 is what I won all together you cannot redeem any of that even, apparently, winnings from your own money that you deposited. I believe these are shady practices as I'm not the only one with bad experiences. I've never had issues from the more reputable platforms. They won't last treating their customers as they have treated me. GUARANTEED!! off to more reviews for them

They will be getting a cease and desist based off my email reply from the gaming commission for illegal operation…rightfully so ;)

I really did enjoy this site at first but then they took my winnings away. After pleading my case, l was then giving some restriction free spins but lo and behold they tried to not honor my winnings from that. After a few days of arguing my point, I was finally given my payout. I will not give credit where credit is not due, therefore I will say play if you want to but make sure that they are not trying to play you!!!
Response from Chip'n WIN - Sweepstakes CasinoJul 25, 2025

This company is a scam. They entice you to register and play with bonus coins but if you win, they do not only keep half of your winnings from you, they won't even credit your account. I have been to many casinos and played on many online casinos, and if you win with free play, they would not even think of denying their customers their winning. Casinos will gladly take your money, but this casino will not only take it, they won't pay you all of your winnings. They did the same thing to my friend. They should be embarrassed to behave this way. I've worked at a few casinos, and they all were very serious about providing good customer service. This is very poor customer service and should not be allowed. Noone I know will ever play here again.

I’ve been having an account with them for months now, was finally able to cash out last night just for them to suspend my account?? No explanation or anything, would give them 0 stars if I could

I played 3 different games on 3 oaks , everything worked fine up until I hit the bonus games and it glitched me out. Now they are not loading for me but other 3 oaks games work on there . What a rip off. Your better off playing on crown coins or legends they pay out fast and their games run smooth unlike chipnwin
Response from Chip'n WIN - Sweepstakes CasinoJul 13, 2025
Hi Ashley, Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you experienced issues specifically during bonus rounds — that’s definitely not how things are meant to go. Our tech team closely monitors game performance and we haven’t had a general outage with 3 Oaks, so we’d like to investigate this for you personally. Please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll take a closer look at your session history. We know how frustrating glitches can be — and we’re here to make it right. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.
