hi Lola you are right we apologize for that. we have over 15k fragrances in stock but there's a few that we run out of stock the night before and do not update until the next day. Our aim is to provide the best customer service possible and we take full responsibility for the inconvenience

My order has been cancelled. The company’s advertised price for the item was lower then they actually were willing to sell this item for. I guess it was somebody’s mistake. Instead of honoring the price they advertised my purchase was cancelled.

Waited for my shipment and hadto call company to ask how much longer and I was told they ran out of product and were expecting a shipment BUT THE PRICE WOULD BE MUCH HIGHER!!!! NOT GOOD BUSINESS CUSTOMER CARE !
