Ordered expensive parfume on line and discount was given. Payed with pay pal and it was approved and paid - then ChiosNY cancelled my order. Called them to ask why and they said with the discount and free shipping they made no profit on the item, so they didn't want to sell it to me at that price. Will never do business with them again for sure!

My order was cancelled because I wouldn’t send them a copy of my drivers license.

1. After ordering one large and one small bottle of perfume I sent an email to confirm order and got no reply. 2. I ordered two and only received one. 3. Waited to receive the second. After awhile I called. I was told they didn’t have it which they never let me know in the first place.He offered to send me another large size for the same price but I would have to pay for shipping. I told him I already paid and he collected. I then asked for my money back. Customer service is everything. If at first he had sent notice that they had to back order. By taking the payment and not letting the customer know is what really got me. Small business or not this is not how to grow a business.

I was told my order was shipped and I didn’t receive it. I’ve been contacting support with no answers still. I still didn’t receive the product and you guys don’t send the product back to me or a refund

They send fake perfumes in sample tubes that just say fragrance. Trying to get a refund and their email is coming back undeliverable and the phone number is google voice. I now have dispute submitted with PayPal

Order cancelled with no reason why. I emailed support. No response.
