After many searches, I found my producer.
I searched the web for a company that could make a custom made product. I found it in Changzhoudengyue aka as Sponge Dengyue. They made a sample based on a sample I provided, and they matched the material perfectly. I already paid the deposit and when the order is at port (Shanghai), I will pay the rest. They take a long time to do the production run, but it is worth it. Chinese business people are dynamic and want your business. In the USA they wanted minimum 50,000 units or nothing. Here, 5,000 minimum. I order 10,000...I will add or substract once I get the product.
