Paid 6 months in advance. Big Mistake! It is unwatchable due to the constant spinning every 3-4 seconds. Worked okay at the beginning but problem just keeps getting worse. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No phone number. Their “chat” feature is eternally offline and emails go unanswered

Audi and video are all out of sync. There is NO customer service from Cillltv. The is no way to contact them and they do not respond to questions. The took my money and there is NO WAY to get it back. If there was less than 1 star that is what they would get. The only communication I have received is to let me know if I don't renew right away the cost will increase to $300.00. Don't be stupid!

I have not been able to download the app; I get no response from customer service; I can't get a refund; I can't get anyone to respond to me. I did not want to give one star; minus 5 would be more appropriate.

Advertising as they have 5 stars on trustpilot on their website but made it so hard to access reviews , seeing the real site for trust pilot shows they have no reviews and they're trying to scam people out of money for something amazon fire stick gives you without a subscription
