How hard is it to ship an item in 8 days? Apparently, very.
I placed an order got notice it processed and shipped, but 8 days later USPS still hasn’t received the item to ship. I am attempting to cancel my order and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

You stated my order was sent to USPS
You stated my order was sent to USPS, however, they report they havent received it. Either your lying or they are. I ordered on the April 27th and the UPS tracking hasn't changed.

Still waiting?
Ordered over a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped? Might want to revisit how they are getting or not getting their product in customer hands in a timely manner. Response to Chillpod. According to USPS shipping label has been created on 3/27. USPS has not received the item. It is April 4th. You sent a review product email before item is on the customer’s hands. Order being processed vs. shipped are 2 different things. Minimally if the item has been shipped, better communication would be nice.
