Started out great with over $1500 in collected wins
Started out great. Love the games, lots of wins. Made it to Level 5.Withdrawals were always in my account next day. I was assigned a VIP manager. Seemed great. Communication was good. Then I decided that maybe I was spending too much time and money and wantedto close my account. Sent 3 emails to which I got no response. Tried to contact someone through the chat and it now comes up saying they arent available and will respond by email. Three days now, not a word. I am still getting tons of promotions every day but nothing else. I am no longer impressed! Its like getting ghosted. I will update if I hear anything. I do not like my account to be open if I am not using it! UPDATE: I sent aformal account closure request. I have still not heard anything back. UPDATE #2 IT'S BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND STILL NO RESPONSE. If I could change it my 3 stars would be changing to 2 stars
