I ordered a Halloween decoration from Chiclify via Instagram on August 28th. The shipment didn't arrive until October 22nd and it was not the item pictured and missing several components and directions. I reached out to customer service several times, which was surprisingly responsive, who said I can return the item but it would go back to China. Now I need to work with my credit card to get the cost of the item back because I'm not paying to send a defective product all the way back to China. Buyer Beware - HUGE SCAM!

Any chance I can give it negative stars? Total piece of crap. Took 6 weeks to arrive. No broom. Just try getting to the battery pack. The costume is glued all around it. The structure is non-existent. Try attaching it to the broomstick and it flops over. I pulled all of the amateurishly attached wardrobe off to see the underlying structure. Total crap. I took pictures of the "structure" if anyone is interested. Not a chance it would ever support the weight. Ordered halloween floating witch and it took weeks to get it. No instructions missing parts poor quality for amount paid. My impression is I got scammed. Avoid this site

Complete scam ordered a hovering witch on a broom the witch came and no broom emailed them to say that broom wasn’t with the witch they replied it doesn’t come with the broom even though it is advertised witch on a broom cost a fortune DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Amazon has this product a fraction of the price and it comes with the broom .

Do not trust this company ! They are scammers !
