Worst experience ever! My order arrived almost a month after me placing my order and unfortunately the garments didn’t work for me, one of the garments didn’t look anything like the pictures or description. I emailed to get instructions to make a return and the reply I received from ChicCurve was to gift my garments to my friends because it would be too costly for me to return back to them. I been emailed back and forth for almost two weeks and they have refused to give me the address to make the return.

I ordered from them and whatever item I choose they say it’s out of stock…when I ask for a refund they don’t even talk about returning my money horrible service and scammers I wish I could post screenshots of their stupid messages

Worst place to buy item are bigger than real size and if you want exchange o return they don't let you with the excuse is from CHINA the won't give your money back this company is scam every were I go or see this page I will report it ! We can not accept this fraud.

I ordered and paid for delivery but never received my package. When I contacted the company and requested a refund they said it was delivered to one of my neighbors and I should go knock on peoples doors to find my package. They have not given me a refund. They are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I have been waiting more than three months for my item! Their excuse is that their carrier could not deliver using my address I always use! Their carrier is communicating with us showing them the status of the returned item! Not returned by me, the customer! I have no contract with the carrier therefore I should not be held accountable for their mistakes! The item is in your carrier’s possession who you chose Not me! The item is yours and on its way back to you!! So I should have another item in stock shipped to me!!! Or simply give me back my money!!!

Do not buy this people are not original and taking forever. I do not recommend it. Stay away from them. Fake track number fake items almost 3 week i didnt receive my item

The products are just ok. I wanted to send it back, that’s not possible. Only if you want to pay 50€ or your own money which in most cases is more than the order! And the costumer service is so slow and bad. Don’t order there!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! The sizing is not correct and the quality does not match the price. While they do offer returns, the seller tells you that the return will cost more than the product and will take around 2 months to arrive and be processed. Don't waste your time or money
