Muy malo, hace más de un mes que no me llega mi order y nunca me llego un correo de confirmación y cuando pongo el reclamo me dicen que ya fue entregado y por falta de prueba no me quieren rembolsar, primera experiencia muy mala

I was scammed. I paid $46 for an item over three months ago and still have not received it. I attempted to reach out to their customer service and never got a response.

My first order is still missing and item I haven’t received and it’s been a long significant time period My second order didn’t fit me so I messaged customer email service and they refused to give me a return address and only gave me 20 percent refund that hasn’t processed yet When all I wanted to do was return the two items and replace with the correct sizes because they ran two sizes too small let alone being expensive

I was told the product is not available and my monet was taken

Poor customer service. They wanted to replace an item with something not even close to what I ordered. Then stop replying to my emails to resolve the issue. What makes it worse is that it was a Klarna purchase, so klarna needs chic curve to resolve the issue before I can receive a refund on my that account. The items that I received were cheap and flimsy. Buyer beware.

Muy mal, me ha llegado el pedido y es enorme, he querido cambiar la talla y me dicen no es posible, así que 35 euros tirados, muy decepcionada, no compréis.

J’ai commandé une gaine que je n’ai jamais reçu j’ai envoyé un mail au service client et depuis plus de nouvelles je n’ai donc jamais rien déçu et je n’ai jamais été remboursé !!! Est ce que le colis a bien été envoyé ça on ne le saura jamais

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!! I ordered something almost two weeks ago with no notifications. When I reached to them they told me the item was out of stock! Like why not notify me prior to me having to reach out to you all. I better get my order in a timely matter or I will take the to the BBB and or anywhere else so ppl are aware of how scammy this company is.
