This company is a SCAM!!! Made my payment didn't recieve any message that i made the order or tracking number and the ony thing "Nancy" is going to say to you is "im sorry" Freaking SCAMER!!

I wish I would’ve read through these reviews before hand. I purchased an item from them and did not receive any tracking info. After 10 days, they finally responded to my email and said they would ship my item out. The item was received and even though I used their size chart, it was way too small. Per their website, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. It takes 5 to 10 days before it’s received and then you receive your refund. I emailed them to request my return and I got the same response that many others have received. They would give me a 20% discount for another item if i kept it. They said the return will take one to two months and I would have to foot the bill to ship it back to China. And this would be a very expensive cost for me. I emailed back-and-forth with them A total of eight times. Each time requesting that I speak with a manager, each time requesting where on their website, it says that the return is actually going to China, and that it takes one to two months for transit time, and that it would be very expensive for me to return this item. With every response they kept offering me a discount. They said that I should just keep it and they would offer me a 30% discount for another item. I informed them I didn’t even want to keep the item that I paid for. Why would I buy another. Especially after this customer service. They also said they could only be contacted by email and they could pass a message to the manager for me. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to falsely advertise a return policy.

This company is a scam , I made a order 2 weeks ago , no update email , I messaged them 3 times no reply, I’ve called PayPal they are doing the review and I should be getting my refund back. Such a hassle

This is not the first time of me ordering here and every time I order aside from the very first time I ordered there is always an issue with my orders and the most recent one it has me pissed off because I placed the order on the 15th it hasn't shipped out I reached out as to why and I was told that it's because one of them products I ordered was in high demand and then they send me a picture of a cheap product supposedly to substitute the one I ordered why would I even do that like seriously they are so unreliable there's false advertisement constantly. I wish I could at the screenshot and the pictures of what I ordered and what they want to send me it was like the cheapest they got a cheap looking one not even close to what I had ordered. Back in May I placed an order and I even paid for the express shipping it took a month for them to actually send it out don't even pay for express shipping because it doesn't work they only take your money and I never got reimbursed

Pague el pedido desde el 29 de setiembre y no me han respondido cuanto tiempo llegará, el rastreo esta en idioma chino por lo cual no lo entiendo.

1 being worst possible experience. Never received order. No communication until I followed up. Repeatedly. They finally admitted it was out of stock and offered me 20% off on my next order. What next order I paid 100 bucks and got nothing. I declined their offer and asked again for the order to be canceled and refunded. I did this four times with responses from them offering me the same thing and alternate purchases before I finally gave up and contacted my credit company. I don’t know if they got that credit card company request but I seriously got a fifth request from them for 20% off my next order while still having received no merchandise from them whatsoever.

Horrible experience do not buy from them it’s a scam cheap and horrible material
