Customer service is shocking! Seems like a scamming company! They took ages to let me know there return address also telling me it will cost me a lot to return it and I have to pax taxes etc and they might not even refund me !!! When there page confirms easy return. They lie!! this company is a scam!!! I discovered this company on Instagram. they describe the most beautiful shapewear however, what they don't tell you, is these pieces of shapewear comes from China!!! sit's shipped from New Jersey, if it has to be returned, it will have to be set to China which is very expensive! Not to mention you won't get a refund for what you spend. this shapewear is on so many China websites for one, Ali express, for as little as $12, and i bought the High waist tummy control shapewear for $39! I'm advising everyone considering shopping here, to stay away for this scam of a company!!!

Well December 3rd I was excited about the item I ordered! As of now, the 18th, I’ve been informed that the item is not available and I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a week and they don’t want to give me my money back! We got a BIG problem now!!!!!

This company is the worst place to order from, they take over a month to even send a order, and if they mess up your and send it to somebody else they don’t take accountability for messing up the order not to mention you have already paid in advance and they keep on emailing saying the same thing about send them prove and they yet sent it to you in a email of another person name and different address than yours and I’m trying figure how this company has the nerve to ask for prove when they sent in email a whole other address and name of another person and they have sent several emails but not my refund , I just want people to be ware of ordering from Chic Curve cause I’m they have been doing this to a lot of people and they think it’s ok but I’m going to better business bureau, getting a attorney cause what they are doing is fraudulent

They sent a XL it was a small they refuse to exchange and send me another one there sizes are way to small if you order a small you literally need a 2X! Pissed off the want to give me 10% of my money back!!! NOOO!! send me another faja!!

I haven't received all the items from my order. Although I ordered 3 fajas, I only received 1. Despite reaching out to customer service, my missing items were not sent. Surprisingly, I was told that if I wrote a positive review with a video and provided screenshots, they would then send my missing items immediately. I find this hard to believe! Beware, you may never receive your items.
