This has been the worst experience of my life and I can’t believe they have a 4.0 rating. I ordered a product December 12, 2023 and after a week I noticed I had not received a tracking or nothing from the company I contacted the company no reply. I figure okay it’s the holiday I will be patient December 24, 2023 I’m upset where is my package the reply was “oh we out of stock would you prefer some other item I say no but I decide to work with them chose something else a week go back I email back where is my tracking number I get a reply again “ oh we our of stock” and they offer the same tired product again at this point I want my money only to be told they would give $6 if I hold on. I respectfully decline the other. We handle back in forth about them packaging whatever and shipping out whatever and then I tell them just refund my money I won’t nothing from them. They tell me well since your canceling we will take 15% for canceling. Are you kidding you’re out of stock on the original order I work with you for the second order you out stock on that one as well you fail to contact me and tell me anything and you take your time in responding back only to tell me you want take something from me because you can’t fulfill your obligation. After two weeks of going back and forth I agree to 10% because I was tired then I was told 3/5 days for a refund and then quickly they email back and say 7-10 days I wait 11 days it is now January 29, 2024 after waiting 4 days for them to respond to the email then they send a copy of my original order and the deduction for what I don’t know at this time but I really knew to stall yet again but then they say the refund was being issued at that time. I check my account nothing after a day and then on January 30, 2024 I get a reply telling that the finance team is on vacation and to be patient. Well you know that didn’t sit well with and everything I could to say came out. This company is a scam I wanted to try to take it to small claims court not about the money but the principle of them just taking the money and telling what they are giving and then don’t give it back still and then say be patient. Went to find their address to start the suit nothing not an address anywhere. You know what I don’t even blame them I blame myself because these fake reviews get you every time but we are now so gong ho about ordering online instead of just going to the store and this is what we get and then get cheated out your money and product and for them it’s a win-win situation all the way around. My advice to you never order from this company it’s a scam seriously and never use CashApp to order because I filed a claim 4 times to dispute and try and get my money back that way only to be denied 4 times with all the evidence in the emails. Called the fraud department and once they tell me it would take month and I’m taking about the fraud department from the police department. So basically they stole my money and I can’t do nothing about it but accept it and again it’s not about the money it’s about someone taking your money from you.

Buen día ,yo solicite dos fajas el 30 de diciembre del 2023 y hasta el momento no he tenido avance de la entrega ,no hay ninguna manera de revisar el seguimiento del pedido ni mucho menos un número telefónico,y en los correos electrónicos que aparecen, no dan ninguna respuesta ,la verdad estoy muy molesta ya que de todas las compras que e echo en linea ,nunca me habían quedado mal y lo peor de todo que no se con quién quejarme :(

I bought BBL Effect Faja Shorts - Low Back Black/XS for $35.00 X 1. What the company sent was quite different from what was advertised in the company website. I will advise other people not to make the same mistake I made by buying from this particular company. Very dishonest company, beware!!!

I have ordered before with no issues except sizing. This last order was sent in 2 different packages when it clearly all fit into one and it was delivered to the wrong address. i never received it and the company will not issue a new one or refund me. They want me to contact their logistic company which is in China?!! It was never handed off to USPS or UPS here in the US! Terrible. One month into this saga!!

De producten zijn made in china kwaliteit is niet zoals op de fotos. Erg jammer! Beste vriend, in dit geval moet u de verzendkosten en belastingen (indien inbegrepen) betalen bij verzending. Het kan lang duren voordat het klaar is. Verzending wordt niet terugbetaald. Als er invoerbelasting in rekening wordt gebracht, is de klant daarvoor verantwoordelijk. Zodra wij er zeker van zijn dat het in goede staat verkeert en weer kan worden verkocht, betalen wij uw geld terug. Wat dacht je ervan als wij je 20% korting bieden op je volgende bestelling en je het artikel behoudt?

I never received my purchase, it took multiple attempts to contact. Thankfully I made the purchase thru PayPal. Once I filled a dispute with PayPal, I then received a response from ChicCurve. Only to tell me they sent the product back to the warehouse, this baffled me because the tracking showed it made it to my local USPS and was scheduled for delivery. Last correspondence with them it was delivered to a post box in CA. Not the State I live in and my shopping address is the same correct address for delivery in the StTe I reside. I believe I was getting scammed Thankful for PayPal!

I ordered two pieces and they came out smaller than expected. I used sizing chart but for some reason their items are a lot smaller. I contacted them that same day I received them to see what is the process is on exchanging for a bigger size. They made it impossible they told me it would be more expensive to make the exchange than buy new items. I asked again what the pricing would be and they told me to contact my post office and ask them but I never received an address to where it would be sent back. It took multiple emails back and forth nothing got resolved. They only offered a 30% discount on my next purchase. Which regular website already offered that. They should let you know from the beginning items are final sales. Will no purchase again and I will make sure to let this be known to anyone that is interested in these products.

I purchased 2 garments at the end of October 2023 after I had surgery. I did not hear anything from the company until 11/15/2023 when I emailed customer service for a shipping update. I was told the garments were shipped and given the tracking# I inquired again by email on 11/27/2023 because the status of the delivery said the package was delivered, and they showed a picture of the front door. I immediately contacted customer service again to let them know that the package was delivered to the wrong house. I uploaded the pictures taken by the delivery service along with the picture of my apartment and sent them to customer service. I was told first to contact my post office to see if they could get the package back and then I was told that the shipping company was made aware of the mistake and would be contacting me. today is 1//25/2023 and I still have not heard from anyone. I made this purchase with PayPal thinking that it would be safe, but the company assured PayPal that the items were delivered. - I WON'T BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
