Worse customer service. I received a pair of trousers that are completely of the sizing that they advertised. The length should be 99cm and hey are barely 62. After contacting them about it they said different factories have different sizing. For real? Then they said to keep the product and they will give me 10%,then 15%. I said no and they said to send it back at my expense. Are you jocking? I sent all the pictures with measurements and their refund policy and they still play it stupid. Worse experience ever. Would give 0 stars if I could

Order didn’t arrive yet it’s been 21 days now

Hace más de 2 semanas hice el pedido , no sale en el sistema el seguimiento ,escribí al correo me respondieron a los varios días ,diciendo que la faja que solicité estaba agotada que me enviarían otra ,acepte y luego decían que llegaría en 24hrs a mi domicilio,han pasado días y de tanto insistir ,me responden que llegará en 10-15 día hábiles ,no es de confiar esta empresa o negocio ,tengan cuidado ,preferible no compren ya que nadie le da información o simplemente lo alargar y cambian a como ellos quieren , Dinero perdido . Estoy decepcionada de esta compra,nunca lo ubiera hecho

I BEEN PLACED A ORDER FEB 1,2024 TRACKING INFORMATION IS STILL AT THE FIRST DOT I BEEN EMAILING AND THE ONLY THING THEY SAY ITS A NEW PRODUCT OF SOMETHING WHICH DONT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ME IT WILL SOON BE ANOTHER MONTH THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME DEALING WITH THEM AND EITHER I WANT WHAT I ORDERED OR MY MONEY BACK NEXT STEP IS CONTACTING CORPORATE

I ordered couple items from ChicCurve, and not sure how they determine sizes but the items just didn't fit at all and are not true to their sizes. Secondly, after months of chasing for a refund and return instructions I finally got a reply that they would be happy to process the refund once the items have been returned to their warehouse. I then asked for the shipping information, only to be told that the offer has changed too; 1) 20% on next order 2) increased to 25% 3) then increased to 30% 4) reduced to 10% And that is everytime they replied - they do not seem to have an actual policy in place and keep providing misleading and inaccurate information.

I placed an order 25JAN and till date “ order is being processed. “ I emailed a thousand times, sent multiple messages via Instagram. Only to be told that the bra i purchased is out of stock, And suggested another one “ similar “ which isn’t. I responded and asked why is that very bra still advertised, if is out of stock? also I only would have known bc I emailed THEM. Terrible customer service! Don’t bother with this company!! Horrible!!

NEVER I mean NEVER. Buy from these scammers. It's been over a month have not received my order and they won't refund my money.

This merchant refused to cancel my order, after seeing all the bad reviews about people not receiving their product and having issues with the customer service I regretted ordering with these scammers. They keep insisting that I keep my order and kept giving me excuses the order isn't even shipping it says registered.
