Scam. Website won’t return items, they will reply back that they’re “In China and will be too expensive and inconvenient to return”, no matter how many emails you reply you want to return anyway. Inconvenient?! Hahah, five days of emailing just to try and return these jeans and having to report fraud to my bank, that’s what’s inconvenient. Scam.

I placed two orders which I received after two months later and they were very small I sent them back but they did not cancel my payment. For the goods to return it cost me more than €30 I have sent emails so many times asking if they have received the goods and if they can cancel the payment because I have sent the goods back but they have not done anything about It. It cost me €130 that I made a loss. I advise you all not to purchase anything from that site!

I ordered my item, when it was 7 days later and there was no dispatched item notification I reached out to them, they told me the item was out of stock and asked me to choose another item. I declined the offer and asked for a refund , they then asked me to choose another item off their website which I declined again. then they asked to wait until the item was back in stock which I declined and asked for a full refund, then they sent me an email telling me to reconsider because their goods are of high quality which i declined and asked for a refund. They then sent me an email again telling me that if i insist on a refund they would charge me 10% handling fee. All this back and forth was happening over 3weeks. i am so disgusted by them and feel robbed.

Ordered from them 2/2/24 and never received the product ordered or a refund. I have asked for it multiple times, the last time being 2/21/24 and they still refuse. The last time after 3 times of asking for info the told me that the item is out of stock. I still have no been given my money back or received the product. Terrible company.

BEWARE!!!!! I placed 2 orders in early December 2023, out of the 8 items I ordered in total, I only recieved 2 in January!!! I have emailed customer service several times and now they say 1 order was delivered when I have not received those items. They will email you to pick another color but NEVER send you the items!!! It’s ridiculous how time consuming it all is!!! Now I’m trying to get a refund through PayPal!

Scam Artists. Many people are complaining the same thing, even on instagram but they advertise so much that they still get customers. My experience: I placed on order for something small and was given a fake non US tracking number. I immediately informed my credit card who gave me my money back already. Buyer BEWARE!!

I made an order in January contacted the after the shipment time had passed, they informed me the merchandise was on back order and I would need to continue to wait. I replied back requesting a full refund and cancel my order. This happened 4 or 5 every times I request to cancel, they ask me to wait. I asked over and over why did my order as well as the website make it seem they have the items in stock, now you're telling you don't have it.I ordered for a specific event and I still have no resolution. Because of the time difference you have to wait for the person to email you back.It’s false advertising and I'm contacting BBB, FTC and general court to request a full refund and a local return address or prepaid label.
