First off, i ordered two items on march 18th, even though i saw it said that it takes12 business days to ship, it took them 4 weeks to ship, then one item arrives after 5 weeks, on the 6th week the second item arrived, neither one was good, i tried to initiate a refund and they said they couldn't do it. fine. then they said we'll give you a 20% discount. DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK ILL SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN? YOU MUST BE OUT YOUR MIND!!! this company is a piece of GARBAGE, DO NO SHOP THERE!!!!

This company is a complete SCAM and the customer service is unacceptable. The material this stuff is made out of is a joke. They used false advertisement for the faja shorts as what I received was the complete opposite. The thong panties look like it was made for a toddler in regards to size and the material, let’s just say I wouldn’t put it on my daughter doll baby. I reached out to them several times about a refund and return and they claim it will be “so expensive to send back and that I would have to eat that cost” Not going to happen by the way. Then they wanted to offer 10% off next purchase, I declined . Then 15%, 20% etc. and I still declined. I don’t know who you think you are playing with but I am not/would NEVER purchase anything from you in life EVER again. I wouldn’t buy air from them and we all know that’s free. I’m literally disputing with my card provider as they will NOT keep my money. Play with someone else because you will not play with me. Keep fighting ladies for what’s right. They do this because people allow them and accept it but not me. I run a business and I would NEVER do this to people. Note: I contacted them via facebook messenger and email starting from April 11th up until 4/24. I’m not responding to them no more. They keep playing with me they will have a class action lawsuit started by me.

Bad service. The return fee is more expensive than the clothes.

Going on 1months, still today April 24th, haven’t received my order, I contacted customer service via email, asking for a refund. To only be told that it is a new product, to give it some time, I told them via email, I just want a refund. I received a email, saying they shipped the item. I informed them again, I don’t want their merchandise, I want a refund after almost 1 months. The said they can’t return me my refund because they pay the manufacturer something like that the said can give me a discount and my next order I never going to buy something from here

I informed my bank, and is looking for a lawyer. These companies can’t keep doing this.

If I can give them a zero start I would. Order something from them and it doesn’t fit. Trying to return the merchandise and they are telling it will cost me more to return it. So now I am stuck with something I am never going to use! Please beware if you are not sure if item will feel right on your body! I never had an issue with any other company! But this is absolutely not right!

The worst company to order from. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Took forever to get my package and items was missing. Contact them they had the nerve to offer me a $4 refund on a $33 faja and next order 15% off. What???? Make it make sense. They refuse to refund due to there mistake. Not to mention they was made from cheap material.
