1St I would like to say this is not my 1St time buying from them and I was aware it took 3 weeks to a month for me to receive my items. This time I received 1 item from a order and contacted them regarding my other item, it was then they made me aware that the item I ordered was out of stock. They tried to persuade me to buy something else, but there was nothing else I wanted and requested a refund. After about 5 emails they said I would be charged all these fees, even though they do not have the item I paid for. This is ridiculous and I very un-happy with this company and would advise you to shop for your shapewear somewhere else. They are still trying to convince me to get another item instead of just simply refunding my money! Trust me do not buy anything from Chic-curve, worst online company I have ever purchased from...

Habe ein Bodyshaper bestellt in beige.Ist aber in weiß gekommen.Verkäufer kann leider beige und weiß nicht unterscheiden. Kostenloses Rücksenden gibt es leider nicht und der Verkäufer kommt mir mit dem Preis nicht entgegen...nur 20 % für die nächste Bestellung.Möchte aber dort nicht mehr einkaufen..Also Vorsicht beim bestellen.Rücksendung ist so gut wie unmöglich!

Extremely poor quality. Cheap material. I bought white an blue, the same size and style. They fit completely different. Waste of money!!!! Crap

Cheap garbage. Not what is advertised. Horrible thin products. Refused to let me return my item. Make you pay for shipping to China.

I ordered 3 garments. 2 of the garments arrived and was 2 different sizes. I ordered 2 XL and received a large and an XL. The other item, I've still yet to receive. I reached out to the company, they told me because of the return process taking 1-2 months they strongly suggest I don't return my items and take a 20% off code for future use. I told them I was not interested in that because of how long the shipping was and I received the WRONG size! She told me they would charge me 15% for the item I never received for a "cancelation fee" I asked how when its not in stock but the website said it was. She said that's their rules. My cousin ordered lile 2 days before me, she didn't get any of her products and was told she'd have to pay a 15% fee to cancel her order as well.

Scam ScamScam!!! People save your money and join together not to support fraudulent practices! This was their latest statement, “I am sorry that our product did not satisfy you, but due to international logistics, we cannot provide a return label, but we will give you a 30% discount for the next order. Please consider my suggestion.” Do not support money-hungry vendors who do not support their policy!

If I could give them a double zero I would. First, the order took 38 days to come. I emailed them twice and they never responded. I've since emailed them again today. They also didn't send tracking info. Then the silicon butt lifter weighs almost ten pounds nothing like the picture. It's so thick there's is no way I could wear this. 😩 Is so sad companies are out here stealing people's hard earned money. I will never order from them and I'm going to spread the word.

Read their return policy before purchasing. I did, and that is why I did not buy a pair. Also, if you Google search the image of the model, it's the same image on the J.Crew site.
