Be very cautious when ordering. If for some reason you need to return your item or exchange it will be impossible. I emailed them to try and exchange my item since it was not as described online and wanted to exchange it. They did email me back next day, however the email stated this: "We're sorry about that. But since our return address is in China, the return shipping fee will cost a little more. And the return cycle is generally 1-2 months." Their offer was for me to keep the item which I had already paid for, and rebuy another item and they would deduct 20%..... I told them I don't want to have to buy another item I need to exchange it why keep something that doesn't fit. However they replied the following: " In this case, you need to pay the shipping fee and tax when sending back. It may take a long time to finish. Shipping won't be refunded. If the import tax is charged, customer is responsible for it." STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

My order arrived end of April in my destination in transit. I got the tracking info. End of April it was showing still in transit. Customer service replied that they will inquire with the logistic department. End of June I got the response that they are still looking for the order. Beginnig of July still nothing, their offer was to give me a discount on my next order. End of July they increased the discount to 40%, which I refused, I just wanted the money back for the lost order. Since then no response at all. That is unbelievable, as if I would place another order after they lost the package. Instead of refunding the money. Never again. Please be aware when you order from europe

Do not buy from here! Their policy online states they will process an order in 1-5 business days. Once they told me my items were not in stock, I requested a refund. They refused to cancel and refund my money after admitting they did not have the product available to sell. Shady customer service.

This product is complete junk! They advertise it as one of Oprah’s favorite products but they can’t be serious.
